it is, but the diaz, zopiclone and zolpidem are in boxes from the pharmacy with my name on the labels. the others i'm just takin a few which i'll eat before security (though will be careful, its too easy to suddenly realise its final boarding for your plane when benzos are involved). am pretty determined not to get back into them big time, i'm really not the person i want to be and needing drugs to sleep is a large factor in that. i'm very low at the moment and knowing i'm working hard to improve that aspect helps me feel better about myself, even if progress on that work is horribly slow.

thanks! its been easier than i thought but mostly cos i've substituted one dangerous and addictive class of substance for another, though no where near as much so have massively reduced my intake of downers.
 
its not easy. the sleeping pills are, I basically ask my gp whenever I need them. he is thorough so has seen medical records dating back nearly 20 years documenting insomnia and anxiety. benzos, I've had a genuinely objectively stressful year, and the effects of that stress lead to frighteningly fast weightloss. also, if you look at me on paper you wouldn't suspect i'm a druggie, my gp knows a bit about my recreational drug use but isn't too bothered. overall, having income dry up, to find a job, to finish a phd and have an aggressive relapse of anorexia alongside all that aint worth it for some legit diaz.

if i do drop dead what happpens then though ? Hopefully i get enough warning to ring 999.

Or, like me, a very very very understanding and decent doctor. He's actually the drug doctor for the surgery. I know people who are on scripts as they've blagged them, but most of the time that fails, and you just end up with drug seeker written on your records and are then fucked forever. I told the truth.

I'm lucky, he's followed my ups and downs from the start. From the day I walked into his surgery a scrawny 8 stone gaunt mess, after being selected to do the 'Script in a day' trial with Bristol University (he was in charge of)for IV Heroin users, to working and fighting my journey, going back to see him a couple years later a totally different person having just started a new job for the first time in 2 and a half years, but needing benzos to cope with the transition from a junkie life to a working life. I'm now on a 2mg a month taper, that will take me a year to complete. Currently on 24mg a day. However, due to mental health issues I don't think they'll ever get me off them totally.
 
Well if you want a script in order to get off benzo's then you pretty much have to accept that your will have benzo dependence on your medical history.

If you go through drug agencies or the drug specialist GP you will get help. But you have to give it time.

yea.... reliable but theres better about for the price dan the man. They used to be pretty good, found they started to get a little lower does though, though your talking about vendors now and not brand names who knows
 
tries the diczlazepams last night. 14 of them.

its a shame i wssnt an 'alpine neutral guinea pig', im already npickled in phenazpemaepam,stimulant, & cannabanoid use.

But from what i did feel last night was that was unusual was that these pills did pack a bit more punch, (and it also wor offf quicker)and also there was a bit of mental confusion rather than the sea of tyranquilty we all search for.

like i say if i was a medica l gunineau pig id have been incinerated as useless years ago.

I cant be certain, bit i feel these last longer, hit garder, cause more confusion than etiuzolam.

of couurse all that might have alreafy even whar was in my CNS.

I wouldn't ever use the word 'retard' (vile word that would've died out years ago were it not for Americans on the internet), nor would I opt for 'annoying'.

What I will say is that your typing is all over the place - more so than usual - which some people might consider frustrating and / or sad, given that your posts (content-wise) are more or less coherent for the moment and have been all the more so when you've spent time away from the phenaz.

Which is not meant as a criticism, just a friendly word. You come across as genuine, warm and even funny in your less-shaky posts, and it'd be nice to see you get back to normal. Or at least to see you escape from the rut you seem to have become stuck in lately.

Every little step counts though, and it's good to see your mood seemingly lifting. The benzos might be working against you on that score though, particularly long-term. I'm bipolar, so I've plenty of experience when it comes to the downside of benzo use with regard to moods. Proper swings and roundabouts stuff. What you think you're gaining through the anxiolytic / hypnotic effects, you generally lose when it comes to your outlook and motivation.

so any one else tried diclazepam ?

It has a strange hard baked hollow shell, with barely anything inside it lol. I dont know when ill ever be able to isolate a single drug and trial it on its own. TO repeat though my intuition tells me this one acts quiTe hard and fast (14 tablets) ,and leaves a mental fog of confusion it its' wake.

Or that could just be me.

I recon they're worh trying i suppose If only to do the drugs geek thing and tixck anopther drug off your list of srugs to try. I'd certainly not spend a hundred or more on the powder form of this. (I wonder if they dye that green too :\)

Etizolam is where the good powder is at. %) Until i can source some diazepam powder, which i think might be better still.

Don't mistake people encouraging you to seek a supervised benzo taper for a green light to go binging on powdered benzos, which is what your posts seem to imply. Otherwise I imagine people's patience will start to wear thin.

Worth adding that I stopped taking etizolam regularly some time ago and I don't miss it at all, so being benzo-free is not necessarily something to fear, quite the opposite I think. I still use etiz occasionally for specific situations but looking back it seems ridiculous that I was using them daily for a fair bit.

I'm not saying I don't believe you are not being allowed a benzo taper but I know people who are and, I know some drug workers I can ask who would perhaps help to see if you can go to a different area. Perhaps even a change of GPs and make you see the drugs specialist GP

I would not recommend diazepam powder it is so easy to go mad on that.

I really hope you can get a supervised benzo taper soon it will help a lot.
