wow. weed is easy to get in Boringlaide. Lot's of it is grown there and shipped north and east..

I'm surprised you can get any of the exotic things there.

No, it's the other way around mate, "Everything is hard to get here (Exept) Weed" Every man and his dog smokes pot here! It's the Hard stuff that's hard to come by if you're not already kneck deep in the scene.
I've had to risk my ass, looking suss, hanging around bars literally going upto sketchy looking dudes and asking'em straight up if they got anything. Costs more money than it's worth in the end, beers are like $11+ each.

you sure, the price of weed up north and east coast is a lot more than in Deadlaide.
Just go northern suburbs, grow houses everywhere. weed and meth easy.

Maybe things have changed. I haven't been there for a while. Thank god.

nah don't want to get fentanyl. Again it's just for conversion sake in Australia I have never come across fentanyl, kratom, opium, pcp etc

when in other countries can get anywhere.
 
I keep sudafed on hand (pseudoephedrine) for energy sometimes and I couldn't even buy that the other day at my local pharmacy. They wanted to sell me some stuff with other ingredients on top of the pseudoephedrine including paracetamol. I told her I already take paracetamol and didn't want that ingredient in it and she basically said that's all she had so I left without it. I only buy it maybe 2-3 times a year as I know they keep tabs with your licence/ID.
 
Id say real pharma benzos and opiates.

I have not had a Xanax bar that has been real and most have done fuck all in years. I buy the round Mylans and only need 1/2 to a full one.

I haven't seen oxys around in ages and who they are around they are stupidly priced. I miss the OC 40s & 80's and anything MS-contin 40mg+ they were the best!
Now I just buy methadone and heroin. Its a shame co I have to put myself in a bit of danger in sketchy places but I cant afford to nor justify paying the prices people want.

Back before I began using the darknet I had a very difficult time getting any opioids let alone heroin in QLD. I've heard people say it's easy to find but that hasn't been my experience. The few times I did, it was absurdly priced and low quality.
 
I have contacts for other things but none for legit opiates which I genuinely need for chronic pain. Unfortunately, while I can get them on script there are sometimes gaps in my ability to obtain them legitimately and I sometimes wish I had an illegitimate source. Unfortunately my illegitimate source doesn’t supply what I need and I have no knowledge or ability to access the dark web.

No experience really with opioids but I'd imagine they are hard to get. The only person I've met whose done them was some old mate I met at the pub once who told me a yarn about him smoking heroin with his Vietnamese mate once a week in the 90's. Apparently they would play chess whilst they were on it 😂. In terms of drugs I've found hard to get I'd also say for me opioids because I've never really encountered them (I should also say I have no interest in trying them).

I don’t think I’d be comfortable smoking or even trying H or anything really that I wouldn’t be able to get on a script. It’s more the whole way pain patients are treated the second anything happens and you end up with a shortfall. Those genuinely taking them for a pain condition, know the importance of being able to dull the constant pain from say a 6/6 1/2 to a 4 or so. That allows you to mask and function because obviously people don’t react well to others walking around acting like they are in pain. We are awful here in Australia at pain patient treatments.
 
They are also awful here in Australia with regards to sudden hearing loss. It seems there too fucking arrogant to understand that it's an emergency with at the very most a 3 day window of treatment if you want a full recovery or don't want to end up with fucked up hearing for the rest of your life.

And that's why if I have another episode I'm going to end my own life. If I am lucky enough to still have the vinylbital then I will be using that. Got it in 2014. I haven't been able to find it since moving to the new apartment, presumably it's been thrown away, as I had other stuff like benzos in a box that got accidentally thrown out, and the barbiturates were there in that box. So, as far as I'm aware it's sitting beneath tonnes of landfill right now.

Even the oxys 80s both formulas since change of course, in my time where all pharmas and in unbelievable quantities. This country is corrupt and dodgy as fuck.

As for PCP that's a whole new level of fucking hard to get, tried it only once in my life and its so elusive the only way I know to get it is to smuggle it and run the risk your self or get someone to. To synthesis it here is possible but damn unlikely, further more straight up when you step into the right circles the gates open and the flood comes. However unlike America for example we are far more under wraps in a sense with our use and those who don't, are so oblivious to the sheer large amount that do use these drugs they'd never even expect, such as co workers, family members and so fourth and the amount that are privy to this and don't take part in that life but just are cool with it, might just blow your mind. The whole culture here is very different.

Other than that all I can say is go get a script if its legal. Not saying that will be easy, but from experience it is very possible. Honestly given the circle and right people you'll get your hands on just about almost anything.

I'm doing better than I thought, but I recently underwent brain surgery and still recovering post op. I'm on day 10. Hopefully things look up soon, but my head still feels like it's twice its size and it feels very congested. I have trouble eating anything substantial but I'll keep eating and might throw in some liquid foods to help this along. It's been pretty tough, but having a hole drilled into the side of ones head certainly puts things into perspective as to what is bearable and what isn't.

My hearing is precious to me and I've still kept my promise, there will be no changes to that plan I'm afraid. I hope that everything turns out well and that I recover from the surgery. It's still early days and perhaps this will help rectify it, reverse some of the problems, or at least stop it from getting any worse than it is now.

That said, I do suspect there are two separate problems here, but I'm doing everything I can to stay here and keep peace within my family. It's hard and I'll try as hard as I can to keep things together in spite of all that has happened over these troubling past few years.
 
Still too early to tell whether this is two problems or just the one (that was treated). I guess I'm lucky I don't have any major damage to the memory or ability to walk, as I've heard some cases of hydrocephalus where people have become wheelchair bound. That would undoubtedly be worse than anything I've experienced so far, however, that would only affect my walking, as opposed to hearing function.

It's still early days. 11/10 was the date they put the shunt in. It's 17 days since then. Still feel very much under the weather and I presume I will for a while yet. Some say 3 months until things start to feel normal again and another 3 on top of that before things really feel normal again. So I'm in for a long wait. Some have even claimed it can take a year for it to settle down which isn't surprising given the ventricles need to come down in size and reduce any peripheral pressure.

Only ever seen it once and knew the person synthesising it during 2017 using the bucket method I dabbled in the batch and never got a full hit experience I wanted, yet it was enough to be happy with having "tried PCP" just was over cautious and by the time i was ready to take more it was all gone, yet I'll never forget how light my body felt at one point I genuinely felt If I put enough power into my legs I could jump like it was moon gravity, while also feeling like I totally had that power in my legs. The mental side was nowhere near as intense as the body feeling at the dosage i took at least.

This individual was also highly paranoid if the drug was sold on the street it would make its way back to him because as far as he explained it the technique for synthesis kind of stamps a fingerprint in the batches being sold making it easier to isolate certain batches to the same source or if is of a different source or origin. If I'm not wrong it also requires cyanide as a biproduct when doing the bucket method, however its very easy to instead create PCMO. However your right, even some of my best connections and all over the years have been unable to find PCP and I have never tried to recreate the synthesis I saw although I'm almost beyond certain I could.
