Drugs in the workplace (Merged)

I've been taking tramadol for the AD-like component before work. My boss has turned from asshole to fucking psycho nonstop screaming asshole. The tramadol has kept me happy and has given me a fuckit attitude to put up with his bullshit.
 
I was a cocktail waitress in a bar for a while last year, you could pretty much do anything you wanted there and get away with it. Guys would buy me shots so I ended up drunk at the end of pretty much... every shift... but I'd also usually smoke before work- and if I had speed, my tips doubled. Sometimes I munched opiates as the night went on too. There was a lot of coke going around, but I'm not so much into it, so I didn't really indulge. I also middlemanned x and pharms for my boss... it was a pretty druggie environment.

Now I'm a waitress in a restaurant, and there are drugs, of course, but people can see your pupils when you work during the daylight. ;) It seems mostly like people smoke and the cooks have coke, but that's about it. My pupils turn to dinner plates even on adderall, and I don't get things done/make good tips when I smoke, so I'm sticking with coffee at this job at least.
 
I used meth for my first time while telemarketing. That was great lol.

Nowadays I get away with drinking coffee all the time. The boss doesn't seem to mind.
 
yea i loved gettin high at work : Block buster, i would do everything from coke, banged herion in bathroom, ate a roll befor hand
i love it

but i dont work there anymore, i got caught stealing games probally from the drugs

I used to work customer support for a Medicare provider. My job basically consisted of getting screamed at by senior citizens all day. I'm not sure I would have been able to handle that without tons of Xanax.

The one time I tried Meth was when I 16 and was working in a restaurant. It was a ridiculously busy day and one of the line cooks gave me a fat bump to get me motivated. I washed the SHIT out of those dishes that day. =D

Phew...have i ever done drugs at work? Up until i got the job i have now (which ive been fired once from for "disturbing" customers with my pot smell), it was way more common for me to be withdrawing or fucked up than it was sober....i couldnt make roast beef sandwiches sober...sad huh? Once, i took a dangerous combo of many xanax bars, oxycontin, methadone, hydrocodone, and alcholo (and pot, but thats a given)...I passed out in my managers chair. It was cool tho, i only got written up for "intoxication." the funny part was that my manager sent me home since i was too fucked to work....but she let me drive...haha:\
 
I used to like going to work stoned but now I can't stand it. It makes me paranoid and time just crawls (the exact opposite of what I want happening while I'm at work). Stimulants make time go by faster, and can even make work enjoyable. Same with opiates, although stimulants definitely make me more productive. I still would get things done while on opiates, just slower and it would always ruin my memory. I do a lot of programming so its not great writing programs then forgetting how they work :P

That said I don't go to work high on anything any more, its best just to be sober and wait til the work day is over to start getting recreational.
 
I use to work at a court house scanning shit and use to sniff coke while working, at my desk. Would just have it in a drawer of the desk on a CD case and cut out 6ish lines at a time scan some shit, open the drawer duck my head in and sniff.


Kinda funny cuz would run outside all the time for a smoke and there would be cops outside smoking when I'd go out and smoke all coked up talking to them worked there for several months, used coke every single time I worked and never got caught. Was along time ago though.

Smoked weed at every job I had, went to work coming off of shrooms once (was fixing heavy construction equipment). Worked probally half my jobs on high on heroin, took E at my first over the table job (McDonald's).

Probally some other shit I'm just forgetting.
 
i ony ever done drugs at work once and that was 600mg of tramadol SR such a silly thing to do being a welder/fabricator i couldnt focus on what i was doing welds come out crap and measurements were wrong , ill never do that again
 
I went into work at Circuit city stoned twice. Manager knew both times and surprisingly didn't really care thank god. I live a boring life.
 
i used to take benzos daily at work at my last job, sometimes codeine too.

when i worked at maccy d's years ago i also used to get totally drunk on the job and come in on pill comedowns, and i would sometimes do speed there. Most of the workers were on something but the bosses didnt mind. lol
 
I keep waiting for someone/anyone to say your pupils are non-existant - did you lose them? but they don't. IME, saucer-sized pupils attract attention immediately but pinpoint pupils . . . 'that guys eyes aren't normal?'.

Ha! I know my family owns a restaurant and I work there. Restaurants and drugs go hand in hand. Pretty sure entire kitchen staff is cranked out. Last hour before we close they all start drinking.

Actually hard to find employees sometimes who are not TOO "on drugs". Like showing up REEKING of weed is a no no. Showing up drunk is just plain stupid. If ur hands are shaking and coffee isn't to blame that's another problem.

I personally don't use drugs at work. My jobs fun/easy enough that I just save the drugs for after work.
 
about to go into work on a bit of hydrocodone and caffeine to smooth things over after a night of tripping

I love that people don't notice small pupils nearly as much as huge ones
 
I used to work at a golf course, just washing carts, driving em around and picking the driving range. At work I did ecstasy, smoked daily, smoked H, coke, dxm, drank, plus I went in after tripping a couple times when I wasn't completely baseline. The only time I got caught was when I got ratted out by a co-worker for being on ecstasy :p ...but I didn't get fired and was still able to continue using on the job =D
 
Have worked in a few supermarkets, have been in on xanax, speed and weed. The speed and the xanax were great, though I dont really like smoking weed before work, makes it almost worse imo.

Now I currently drive a forklift in a warehouse, so itd be a very bad idea to get too fucked up. So if I toke itd only be a small amount, but Ill still happily use speed before and during.
 
Plenty of Xanax at my office job, other than that I can't swing booze or pot since I report to a VP.

Benzos daily though, makes me not want to flip shit and quit.
