I threw him a ball into the road just as a car was coming and he got run over. Fucking hilarious.

Not done too many missions yet (think my save says about 12% ), been too busy exploring, trying to uncover as much of the map as possible. Stealing a plane from the main airport is too easy! But don't try to land it at the military airport...

GTA 5 is fucking epic beyond all belief motherfuckers. I'm not surprised PTCH has gone quiet. Still going to rob his punk ass when I get online though. Yeah that's right bitch, I'm coming for you.

I havent played guitar hero for years. It actually inspired me to learn guitar, but my musical choice changed over the years and i sold it. Gh is not useless. It developps the dexterity and coordination. I actually did pretty damn well on real guitar for a begginer. Would you tell somebody who plays COD go get a gun and kill real people? I dont think so. Same logic here.

Its just fun to play, plus it prepares for real instruments. Hows the new GTA ? I think imma get it. I heard only positive things about it.

No offence taken its just i heard the ''go play a real insturment'' argument way too much. I admit though rocksmith looks pretty damn cool. Id get it if i still played
 
I know what you mean. I used to play Rock Band and I found myself trying to learn the button combinations more than learning the song on an actual guitar so I stopped playing it. Now I play Rocksmith and got the new one on pre order. Great line up of songs as well. Looking forward to it. Arctic Monkeys - R U Mine shoould be fun to learn. :)

Have you stopped playing the guitar now then? Why is that mate?
 
3-MeO-PCP and GTA V is an odd mix. First four hours are just chaos. Then as the mentalness wears off, spend a while actually learning the controls and understanding what's going on, couple of pyrazolam takes the edge of the 3-MeO and then you get a few hours decent game play :)
 
Keeps getting better and better...

I enjoy a bit of Guitar Hero: Metallica, until I get too frustrated with it. That Rocksmith sounds good.
 
At first I must admit I was thinking this was just an upgrade to the previous GTA, but I was totally wrong.

Visually, its stunning. Character development is amazing, and theres so many side missions and things to do.

Back to it!

Haha yeah i know what you mean by trying to learn the button combinations. Yeah i havent played neither plastic or real guitar since early 2010. I sold both because i needded money. And i got tired of metal and started listening to rap and electro. I regret selling them now though. I loved jamming out on the guitar. I learned by myself,whitout teacher. My favorite band to play songs of were janes addiction,alice in chains, metallica and megadeth. Though the last 2 ones have some almost impossible riffs and solos lol

Haha maybe you already know that but hyperspeed is a great help on gh. I cant play whitout it. Basically it speeds up the fretboard whitout speeding up the actual speed at which you play them. It makes it easier to read. The fretboard doesnt look a clusterfuck off notes lol.

And the "internet" is amazing too.

It's well known that I think everything should be free. From each according to their ability, to each according to their need. And I'm sure Rockstar Games are going to be even more filthy rich than they already are very quickly indeed. But put that aside for a minute; compared to a cinema ticket, or a concert ticket, and even fucking drugs, the value for money of this game is pretty spectacular.
 
Has anyone stolen a plane yet? It's pretty easy to get a private jet from the international airport in the South - barely any security so you can just drive right up to it. I cant work out the steering controls when taxiing though, it only wants to go in a straight line. Once airborne (just made it over the terminal building by backing up as far as I could and hammering it forwards) the left stick steers the plane fine though). Well worth doing for a view of the size of the world, don't try to land at the military airport though, that did not end well!
 
No that sounds amazing! I did end up driving a stolen car through the underground railway tunnels, which I thought was quite mad! (the only other GTA game I've played is Vice City, and I didn't really play it very hard, so this is probably old-hat in these games, but I thought it was cool). I didn't even realise there was an underground. Left the car in there, some other fuck can clean up after me =D
 
Those youtube videos are good though, as I was playing through the parts of the game I'd seen on YT I kept thinking "I've seen this in a film!"
 
GTA V wont be released on the PC for at least a few more months....
dont know why consoles never got to grow on me.

but stealing a plane? i wonder how long it will be before some people think of reenacting real life events

I just discovered the underground stuff too, the metro and the sewers, it's a maze!
