I shall be playing GTA V in four hours! Doesn't feel quite as exciting, after reading about Cornish, but some escapism is just what I need. Hurry up, you fucker! :D

I'm hoping that mine will show up in the next couple of hours even though it's unlikely.

I like that Amazon just fucked off Rockstars big demands of no dispatch until today. I said last week that I didn't think the big online retailers would take that shout seriously. What do Amazon care? Rockstar can do fuck all to them.

Ken I'm biased, but Amazon are pretty good when it comes to release day delivery. They shift more games than all the physical stores combined, so they have a relationship with the developers to receive two to three days beforehand, and then ship on the day of release. The only problem is, the carriers who deliver the games. You can expect that there are a fair few carriers who want the game themselves, and are prepared to easily take the chance, and pick a parcel. I deal with this on a daily basis.

Having experience of this, I would always say that if you are desperate for something, always try and get it physically. Even using a company with a good reputation, you are still taking a chance with the person delivering it to your door.

Was just in Tesco this morning and it is £38 in store so that code will save people £5 which can buy a few cans to accompany their game playing.
 
shit s out of hand. I even saw news of GTA V on BBC and CNN today. guess it really is that big news :)

im probably just a hater because this is only on consoles and i only have a PC...

I'm fucking loving it. Well worth the wait. The graphics are something else. The character animation is utterly superb.

Only one criticism is you can go to missions as the wrong character. Why let the mission show up when you can;'t play it ffs.
