I have always been particularly interested in slang terms for drugs as well as unusual official terms like the alkaloid once known as Telephathine . . . in particular in this case, I am curious what new slang terms have cropped up for non-benzodiazepine hypnotics like Ambien, Belsomra, and the others . . .. also carisoprodol and meprobamate since the rescheduling or banning of them in various places in the past few years have increased interest . . . as well such not so well known drugs such as beta blockers, alpha adrenergic agents, anticholinergics (all four modes of use -- euphoriant, aphrodisiac, anxiolytic, deliriant -- trihexyphenidyl, dicycloverine, hyoscine, atropine, hyoscyamine, propantheline, and others Two new ones I heard today were for loperamide: Lope, of course, and Arse Glue . . .

Then there is:
Lady D -- hydromorphone
Miss Emma -- morphine
Pierrette -- piritramide
Kate -- ketobemidone
Corrine -- cocaine
Aunt Hazel -- heroin
and so on

Aunt fuckin Hazel? Imagine approaching a street dealer and asking for Aunt Hazel. Fuck me...

Heroin and coke around here is either called up and down or girl(coke) and boy(heroin), I heard dog food(or food for short)as a term used for heroin. These are all terms used in Florida. Before when the trade was mostly controlled by Puerto Ricans and Dominicans heroin was called monteca(Spanish for lard) Tek for short and coke was called pedico(Spanish for parrot).

On the west coast Chiva(goat) was used for heroin.

Not only is cocaine Nose Candy, morphine, hydromorphone, and smack are Needle Candy . . . therefore it would follow that Numorphan suppositories are Butt Candy
Pethidine is so roundly disliked that it iis called Dummy Oil

Hello, I have committed many criminal acts and I have therefore been incarcerated a lot.
I will add that I am also extremely street wise, and I am known by the name Johnnie Druggie.
I seek to buy the narcotic drug called Aunt Hazel, could you please give me full name, address and phone number of someone who has a large supply and all of his associates?

Nasty folks call younger men who boff older ladies Arm Candy -- which I always thought was Powdered M, Dilaudid, Vilan, Paramorfan, and other powdered narcotics, which I would have assumed would go .. . . good, it has been a long tme . .

Cocaine - morcaine

...as in, because you always want more of it.

There is a dopaminergic stimulant which can be used to detoxify and maintain cocaine addicts in the same fashion as methadone for narcotics people -- it is called Nocaine . . . also known as 3α-carbomethoxy-4β-(4-chlorophenyl)-N-methylpiperidine and (+)-CPCA

In my area we often call Heroin "stuff".
Like "Yo bro you need something? Coke, MD, Stuff?"
or "What is that, MDMA?" "No bro it's stuff..."
We usually avoid the whole Heroin argument, it's kinda like saying "Voldemort". We try to avoid it as much as possible.
At the clubs/raves, every drug is welcome, literally, every drug. But Heroin, no, big no. We basicallty pretend it doesn't exists and we dodge the argument in case someone brings it up.

Can I ask you if you're from Italy?

Cause "roba" to "stuff" that's the ita to eng translation, plus the rave and club scene I know it is considered taboo as you said, and if someone is known to use it people seem to kind of not be very friendly.

In Detroit we call heroin 'blow', ive also heard that Chicago also calls heroin 'blow' but ive never actually copped in Chicago or anything.. cocaine is called powder, also heroin is reffrred to as 'boy'and crack as 'girl'also the fags i buy crystal meth from call it 'tina' but i think thats pretty universal..

Does it block the effects of cocaine or just kinda prevent WD without getting you high?

It is a cocaine mimic of the phenylpiperidine family,, 3α-carbomethoxy-4β-(4-chlorophenyl)-N-methylpiperidine to be specific. also known as (+)-CPCA so substitution therapy looks like its application. So it is close to Vitamin R . . . I always figured that a powder of methylphenidate with some nitracaine in it for people who like the numbness too is a good replacement for Bolivian Marching Powder. I am also thinking that a disulfram-naltrexone type strategy for people addicted to dopaminergic stimulants like C-Jam and meth would be useless and be a massive compliance problem.

Nocaine:

Bolivian Marching Powder:
