Drug-related tattoos

I was thinking of getting a huge Pot Leaf in the middle of a Confederate Flag as a whole back piece, what do you guys think? I feel like it's pretty tasteful... but something like that could be expensive? I dunno, what do you think? What if I stop smoking pot eventually?

Imgur, Tinypic, Photobucket, ImageShack, the list goes on. Its not difficult, youre just being lazy :p

youre right, I was.. but so many boards always had an easy update.

here's another in progress.

I'd be more worried that you might marry a nice black woman and her old man decides to beat your arse the first time he sees it.

Smoking weed erryday and resisting the nigger-loving Yankees? Timeless.

I got a swastika tattood on the back of my head when I was younger and let my hair grow over it. Once I've been married a couple fo years, maybe had a kid, I'll shave it off one morning, come downstairs to my shocked missus, and act surprised that she didn't know about my deep passion for national socialism.

You were kidding? Aw man, I've got this bitchin' design with an eagle and it's like carrying this flaming skull and there are snakes where the eyes should be and I thought we could both get it inked on our arses...

I've been thinking about getting a glass molecule of Serotonin or getting a tattoo of it.

drug related tattoos?

yes, might sound sick, but I have drug related tattoos. also has to do w/ music and Alice in Chains being my fav. band.. but does anyone else have any? basically this tat just says I am a JUNKIE.. but have a look!

anyone else have anything?

Hey, we already have a thread on this. I will merge the threads, so that the existing thread gets bumped, then the discussion can proceed in there.

Merged.

/edit: Cool tat. ^ Too obvious for my own taste. Someday soon I might look into sleeve-tat's to cover up the track marks on my arms. But before I do that I have to be completely done with needles. I've said a few times that I was but relapsed every time. My quitting attempt has to stick (pun intended) before I'll move to getting scars tattoo'd over. =D

I knew this Moroccan chick who had a rebel flag tattoo. She was raised in the south by her Irish father but she was very dark like her mother. I was always dumbfounded that she decided to get that tattoo but she said it was just to show her southern heritage. Whatever floats your boat.

Sorry I was trying to quote Blind Melon and One Thousand Words from the top of this page but apparently I failed...... Reference above

I'm generally of the opinion that the vast majority of people will eventually regret any / all of their tattoos. I like the look of them, but I would never get one, there is literally nothing I would want drawn on me for my entire life.

But I have no issue with people getting tattoos, my wife has them. They do look good. I just don't have the attention span for that.

I *do* lose respect for people with some kinds of tattoos though, I think my number one, worst tattoo idea ever is getting the spouses name done.. just.. my god.. awful.. awful. Worst tattoo ever.

Beyond that, I don't like band names (particularly when people tattoo bands they're into when they're 16.. lol.. never grow too old for these guys!). And .. lots of other stuff.. I think getting tattoos about drugs is right up there in the categories of tattoos that are bad ideas.. There's just soo fucking many reasons that getting drug related tattoos is a bad idea.

I'd pay some $100 if they could convince me of a good reason for getting a drug-related tattoo.. Hell - I'd pay for them to get the tattoo.

Consider this an open challenge.. First to convince me only (as in, I will literally go through with this, but only one person, so if someone finds an angle that I haven't thought of and that I'm down with, then others can't just copy that angle to get paid out).

^ Perhaps if the drug has made a major change in someone's life, then the image would have significance.

For example: I took magic truffles in the Netherlands recently. I had been severely depressed and just ignoring it, quite a load of anxiety issues too but I took notice of those, just no action.

During the come up of my trip I walked through a door and the sentence "Everyone has their own path" appeared in my mind, there was a rush and suddenly I wasn't depressed (which is weird because I didn't even realise I was). It was like walking through that door into a new life. After feeling what it was like to live and just be happy - truly happy for the first time in so many years - you don't want to go back to the way you were. The change stuck, I'm now much more confident in public and generally happier with life.

That shroom trip was the only drug experience I've ever had that made a lasting impression on my life that I'm feeling today, and I'm thankful for it.

I want to get a tattoo maybe at some point with that quoted on it, "Everyone has their own path" (perhaps in dutch because it happened in the Netherlands :P) and maybe a reference to mushrooms, but nothing obvious. I'm not trying to make it a drug show off tattoo, it's got a genuine significance to me.

A tattoo of a barcode or QR code on your wrist that when scanned will allow the pharmacist to access your repeat script for your pain meds. It would also open your front door and also start your car thus eliminating the need to ever carry a set of keys again.

I'll accept that $100 in NZ dollars, 4x$20 and the rest in change please.
