Drug designs. (MedicinalUser SAR thread)

Are you saying

1-phenyl-1-carbomethoxy-2-methylaminopropane.png

BOUNCE
1-phenyl-1-carbomethoxy-2-methylaminopropane

doesn't work?

Tryptamine and ergoline analogues are not not really my thing.

Maybe next time I get something speedy, I'll try to post your molecules, but some of them seem super hard to name with IUPAC to the point that I'm not sure what you mean.

Try giving the names to me one at a time?

Also, many of them are not correctly named. For example, you can't just say "phenyl etc. etc. 2,3-furan etc. etc. amine" because the 2,3-furan won't come up right in the drawing.

It "may" not work because it dosn't relate to any known substance. To me it looks like it might just be a mild stimulant.

It's Ritalin (Methylphenidate) minus a
R-CH2CH2-R' in the cyclic piperidine ring.

You should try it.

Okay, well here it is

1-(4,5-dimethoxyindole-3-yl)-2-aminoethane.png

4,5-dimethoxy-tryptamine

Didn't you want a DMT derivative? (3°N)
That right there is just a tryptamine.(1°N)

Oh.. Yeah. It's just that I found out that if it were a 4,5-Dimethoxytryptamine that it would be a full agonist. 4,5-Dimethoxy-N-dimethyltryptamine is only partial agonist.
