Drug designs. (MedicinalUser SAR thread)

HHMA
1-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-methylaminopropane

MDMA metabolite that then gets oxidized to the 3,4-di-oxo-MA. 10% of MDMA gets converted in vivo to MDA.

Yes, you could make

1-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methylaminopropane.png

EUGENOL_METHAMPHETAMINE
1-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-methylaminopropane

but it is only 1/50th as potent as MDMA.

3-MeO-MA; Inactive

Now... I don't know if this one would work. This one's really experimental 3,4-Methylenedioxy-L-Glutamate. It if did work it would hit a lot of excitatory synapses in the brain.

"This one looks kind of odd. It's 2,5-Dimethoxy-3,4-furazan-Phenylmethanamine"

Tbph I am not sure what in the heck that's supposed to look like.

Well it has a 3,4-Furazan which looks like methylene dioxy. It has a methoxy on the top and the bottem and it has an amine sticking out of the phenyl. like an aminophenyl so it's looks really short.

That would be like a cross between Diphenhydramine and DMT. That would be a weird trip, but it would work.

I found another molecule you might find a little interesting. It's 5,8-Dimethoxy-6,7-Methylenedioxy-2-(dipropylamino)tetralin.

Okay

IODO_CYCLONE

1-(2,5-dimethoxy-3,4-diiodophenyl)cyclopropan-2-amine

You get to come up with their colloquial names, too.
