Drug designs. (MedicinalUser SAR thread)

Now this is a weird one. Imagine Zoloft which is an SSRI and turning it into a serotonin releasing agent by adding a methylene dioxy to Zolofts tetralin structure.

Once Again, You Get To Name It.

Ok, so the dragonfly molecule and the RU-28306 molecules are too hard to name.

This one's like A.M.T. but it's a 2 Indole not a Tryptamine. It's 4,5-Methylenedioxy-1-(1H-indol-2-yl)propan-2-amine.

I call this one Paxon. It's molecular structure is (3S,4R)-3-[(2H-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yloxy)methyl]morpholine.

Here's an interesting one It's molecular structure is 6,7-methylenedioxy-4,4-ditetralin-2-amine.

I call this one Bromo-Di-X-FLY. Its molecular structure is 4-Bromo-2,3-methylenedioxy-5,6-methylenedioxy-diphenylamine.

I call this one stimudate. It's molecular structure is 2,5-Dimethoxy-3,4-methylenedioxy-Ethyl-3-[(1R)-1-phenylethyl]imidazole.

I call this one Bromo-DesoxyFLY. It's molecular structure is 4-Bromo-2,3-methylenedioxy-5,6-methylenedioxy-Desoxypipradrol.

I call this one Mad Hatter. Its molecular structure is 1,2-methylenedioxy-4-hydroxy-5-methoxytryptamine.
