Advice Does sexual interest drop after 40 or what?

Mine has not and nor has my wifes hers has gone through the roof even more then her late 30s we are both 46
 
I’m 47. I thought I was asexual for decades. Turns out just didn’t like my husband. I discovered I have an insatiable sex drive now and it just seems to get better each year since my divorce in 2019. I hope I never go back to not enjoying it. I’m sure to be extremely open and communicative w my partners and it’s made it amazing. And I cum quite a few times now. The only problem is finding partners who can hang.

Me and my wife have been togerther since 15 married at 22 she not let me have sex before marriage with her she a devout catholic . Oh sorry you were in a relationship that made you think you didn’t like sex. But good thing you got out and you have lots of time to make up for lost time. Go get ‘em, tiger! Have sex with someone older than you, or (legally) younger than you. Have sex with someone who is the same sex or the opposite sex. Fuck a black dude. Or an Asian woman. Try BDSM.

I think shitty sex gets boring and people inevitably lose interest. Long term monogamous relationships can make this difficult but if you're not satisfied you should at least try to talk it out. Maybe experiment with an open relationship or have a threesome?

I used to think that as a youngster I'm now 46 same with wife and when not on gear I'm horny as fuck . I found sexual activity actually drops when the kids where young I would be busy working all day than helping in my and my cousin's business and my wife with the then 3 kids would be shattered and your life really does change in those few years . You always wake up with one of the kids wanting to get in bed so that fear is there also that you may be having sex when the knock on the door happens. You then start to have when all-alone quickies now we have 4 kids and we have a toddler who luckily loves to sleep in the last 6 months with my wife dad who was down for a few months from states or my mom who was down before him so we had about six months of a empty bed . My wife has never liked sticking kids in a crib and let them sleep in there own room she would stick the crib in our room with then would have trouble getting them to sleep on their own but these six months were great. I’m saying time will give you perspective. It might be gross to you now. If you meet the right person, watching them grow old AND getting to fuck them might seem like a good thing.

My tastes have certainly changed since I was younger. I know other guys who still chase almost underage chicks in their 30s too.

Watching your partner get old as the years pass has an attraction for me watching my wife grow old from 15 to 46 and as much as she goes to the gym to keep her her body slim but after kids hips seem bigger and other changes seems very sexy to me . Same as my hair turning a little grey she finds sexy and i find women are sexier after their 30s for you younger members remember my age happens in a flash the most rewarding thing in life is finding the right person .
