Does grapefruit juice really potentiate oxycodone? I tried benadryl (one 25 mg pill) last night with 30 mg roxi and I didn't really notice much.

to an extent, but the effects vary. tagamet (cimitidine) works close to 100% of the time at blocking 3A4. however, cimitidine inhibits 2D6 aswell, and thus does not mix well with opiate pro-drugs. (i.e. codeine, tramadol, DXM, ect..)

drink 2 full glasses 30-60minutes prior to your dosage. it won't add to the euphoria, however gfj will extended the duration of effects.

Yeah you really can feel a 600 mg. dose of (Tagemet) prolong the duration of a moderate dose of oxycodone the first day but It's just like anything else if you dont break from it for a length - Tolerance will just kick yer' ass down.

Remember that the enzyme inhibition only helps extend the duration of the high, not necessarily boost the intensity. Also, you must take the opiates orally, as insufflation/injection will bypass first pass metabolism and the enzyme inhibition will be rendered useless.

I don't know, I may just stick to high fat meals after my dose to potentiate it, a lot of threads and sites seem to say that works better. I have a lot of stomach issues and I think grapefruit juice might fuck with that.
