that is just how I felt when I was tapering down and withdrawing off the subs. I would be freezing all the time (and in Florida in the summer, its hot outside but everywhere inside is air conditioned like crazy) especially when I would just wake up. I would sweat a LOT at night in my sleep and wake up to soaked bedsheets (which would make me feel even colder). And I would wake up too early, at like 4:00 AM, no matter how tired I was the night before.
Usually taking a very hot shower helped me with the coldness thing; at the end of my morning shower I would turn up the water temperature so that it was almost scalding me, and stand there for a few minutes. It helped me feel warmer and much better when I got out of the shower. Also, if you sit around all day and do nothing, it will probably be harder for you to fall asleep and stay asleep, so try to get out and at least do something, even if its just walking around the mall.
