does anyone have any "battle wounds" they can attribute to their drug use?

i was on way too much vicoden one time wile smokeing and i ran into a door corner and cut my head open. :X

smoking lots a bowls, trying to blow glass and accedently picking up molten glass 8o

a bad burn from a lighter on my stomach ( my friend just burnt my exposed stomach for like half a minute) when i was on k. :|
 
Your all nutters.

The only one that springs to mind for me is constantly getting BIG blisters on my fingers from not letting the hash cool down. Im impatient and it normally doesnt hurt too much, but the blisters are always HUGEEE!
 
Just thought of a new one
So during christmas vacation my parents were away for 2 weeks so near the end of the drug bing that me and two other friends set out on we decided to have one massive blow out night. Now after the Mind breaking dose of 2C-I we each consumed I had the wonderful idea of adding some freebase DPT to the mix. Well unfortunately we didn't order freebased DPT and well it doesn't just change from a HCL on it's own so there I was at 4am 2 days before new years at my kitchen stove cooking some DPT freebase over a candle. Now here's the funny part my friends just start giggling and at the time I had super long trent reznor stile black hair. Well it turns out I was just a little to interested on the vapors and bubbles coming of the spoon because I burn the bangs of my hair almost completely off.

other then that only bad story I can think about it the time I tried to do some NO2 during a house party at my place but couldn't get a cracker so I figured a garbage bag would do but unfortunately it just rocketed into my hand and emptied itself. Not a big deal untill you consider how cold a metal container the size of a 25ml vial gets when it just ejected a fuck ton of compressed gas. So suffice it to say i had a nice long cold blister streaking down my fingers fallowed by a massive cold burn (like dry ice or liquid nitrogen does) in the palm of my hand that lasted like 5 days.

I really think this just shows the stupidity that drug fiending can cause.

-My very first time on Ex I was rolling at my dad's house. He had one of those pop open glass covers for his CD cabinent. Since it was a rectangle it had very defined corners. Well, I was so happy to hear this one song I ran to turn it up. I tripped and smashed my temple right into that corner. Of course, I felt absolutly nothing and continued partying. Woke up in the morning with my face caked in blood and I was stuck to the pillow. Yeah, that kinda sucked.
-Other than that I'm pretty much injury free.
 
I had a whippet gush into my face. My lower lip was numb for 3 days, and there edge of my lip no longer has any texture.

Then there was the fun trip to A&E... especially the bit where I said yes to "Did this happen at work?"

It wasn't so fun when work called me and asked about a letter from ACC (NZ's free medical insurance for everyone) about a "head wound" that happened at work :)

Oh, and explaining the huge semi-circular scar on my chin to Mum and Dad was... interesting.
 
the one and only time i was drunk (also alone) i held a lighter to my hand to burn myself.
see i hurt myself on purpose all the time anyway (well i did but i am recovering :)) but seeing as I was drunk, I held it there for faar too long. It was a third degree burn that I hid from my parents and it got infected (but the infection went away! thank god..)
now I have an absolutely awful scar on my hand that will never go away because its so deep.

and I singe my eyebrows all the time. and im always coughing from smoking.
 
I have only 1 "battle wound", from cracking a whippit improperly. I had just bought a new cracker and cracked one too fast. I guess the balloon was bad, because it broke and the nitrous somehow quickly escaped and blasted my left hand, giving it frostbite from the extreme cold. It hurt for a while, I can still point out where it hit my hand--it is slightly redder (it seems to be slowly healing though).

Since then I've mastered the art of cracking whippits, so that won't happen again.
 
Only one to report.

Smoking a bit of tweak and using one of those little mini-acetylyne torches. Well, being a bit twitchy yours truly manages to drop the baby torch. For some reason (possibly it was hot, or something) the reservoir explodes in a huge flame of plastic and the metal knobby bits. Well, I was wearing shorts and it managed to put a four inch 2nd degree burn on my leg. The hair is still patchy! ;)

I tend to lose my pants whilst drunk.

Alchohol doesnt sit well with me; allow me to explain.

One time, I was out in the town getting drunk, messing around and stuff. Apparently on the way home I made some offensive remarks to some random guy, who then proceeded to kick the shit outta me all the way back to my house. I was too inebriated to even think of fighting back. When I woke up, covered in blood and puke, my pants were MIA.

Then, recently, I got *very* wasted and had something of a complete blackout, where I dont remember roughly 6 and ahalf hours. My friends later filled me in on the fact that I passed out in a parking lot at around midnight, and somehow walked home 5 hours later(at 5:30 AM the following morning) covered in puke. Again, my pants were no where to be seen8) although I DID find my wallet in the parking lot the next morning, which really made my day, it turns out the construction workers who were working on a building that owns the parking lot found my pants and threw them out.:\

I need suspenders%)
 
i didn't even think to include all my alcohol-related injuries. i doubt there is enough bandwidth on this site to host all my self-destructive tales of drunken stupidity.

i did give myself a black eye and scraped face once while drunk. i was trying to put a cigarette out on the bottom of my shoe, but i guess i fell over rather violently in the process. the black eye and abrasion can both be seen in my passport photo. now the whole world will know just how smooth i am when drunk ;)

a fellow bluelighter (pw1024) now has a pretty nasty burn on her hand as a result of one of our recent Wars Against Sobriety, but i'll let her tell the story at a later date.

Aside from the usual temporary bumps, bruises and muscle pulls, I too chipped my tooth. The first time I took a pill...grinded so bad it chipped the top and bottom!..Small, but noticable to me.
 
I hear ya, @lterego... I'm very accident-prone whilst drunk as well.

On Valentine's Day this past year, my fuckbuddy at the time took my best friend and me out drinking. We got the bright idea to eat a 2 mg Xanax apiece after several glasses of champagne and vodka/redbulls.

I fell down a flight of stairs in the parking garage, which caused me to skin the fuck out of my knee and elbow. The scars are still there. I was also knocked out cold and I don't remember this at all... imagine my horror when I came to and realized what had happened.

pertaining to the "War on Sobriety" as stated above.................

We had taken some mushrooms and some ecstacy. I was having a pretty good night, thoroughly enjoying the staggered balance of both drugs. It's a bit hazy but this is how I remember it.

I was wrapped up in my comforter (because I happened to be naked) and sitting on the couch in the living room. There were a bunch of those votive candles scattered on my coffee table creating a nice warm glow to the room. I started to lean back kinda floaty like after a really nice kiss from the one that counts, and a corner of the blanket got to close to one of the flames. I was a little slow to react, but I started to smell something burning. As soon as I realized my blanket was on fire I screamed, started patting the fire out with my left hand, and that's how I got this burn on the outside of my left thumb. It's healing up nicely considering I scar very easily, but I guess it's not so bad.

Now I have a reminder of that wonderful night. =D
 
1) involuntary muscle spasms (nerve damage)
2) bad circulation in my arms ecspecialy in my left arm
3) Scar'd over tracks on my hands (that are taking forever to go away)
4) 4inch tracks on both arms (out service for years yet still noticable)
5) Crook of right elbow, scar from draining an abcess
6) Abnormal localized swelling from missed shots (effected muscle tissue?)
7) Scar on my chest from a air tube conected to a 4ft nitrous tank, force from the tank blew the hose off whipped around and slit my chest.
8) I forced my body into such a harsh eating cycle that its hard to get back to 'normal'

and on

and on...
 
Besides the burns on the thumb from the lighter, i definitely have a few scars from sharp branches in the woods. boarding school style
