Does Actovegin repair brain damage?

this drug was in the news recently. Tiger Woods was involved in getting his shots of it. Something like they draw your blood and replace it with actovegin. This is available in Canada, while illegal in the U.S. (so I read). Anyway, actovegin is made from calf's blood (so I read).

Why do athletes take this and why is it more controversial than deer velvet antler (Human Growth Hormone)? I take deer velvet antler, but might consider other options. If you have taken or know where to find good suppliers of actovegin, I'd like to check it out. A simple google led me to a few suppliers mostly canadian and european.

I have seen actovegin being marketed as "brain damage repair" or of similar nature. Brain rejuvenation?

I had no clue brain can be repaired. Now, a heart repairs itself with time and exercise, not sure about brain, especially using a drug called actovegin (calf's blood)? I have seen this product online in pill form as well as requiring a syringe.

No.

And Lol, GH is Serostim, Humatrope, Jin, not deer velvet antler, whatever the fuck that is.

you have it twisted. The brain has a high degree of plasticity and DOES 'repair' itself. The heart, however does no such thing. You fuck it up, it remains damaged unless outside means are utilized to repair it

are you sure? a boxer's damaged brain can not be repaired, whereas if you have a heart defect it can be repaired, either by itself or other measures. You see? A heart beats, a brain doesn't. A brain is just a white goo that sits there.

you sure? are those names you mentioned injected or sprayed under the tongue like deer velvet antlers? if what you're saying is deer velvet antler is a fad, a joke, then I guess I am getting screwed when I am paying $70 for a monthly supply of it. LOL. Deer velvet antler was on the news recently about NFL players taking them and a company called S.W.A.T.S. is where the players buy their supply from, maybe they are all in it for the fad, the marketing and the endorsement profits that come with this publicity to screw the public over?

You're talking about different types of brain damage. Much of the damage to the brain that we incur ourselves through chemical excess or deprivation is repairable over time.

'Heart defects' do not repair themselves.

The brain is composed of many, many different parts that have different functions. On a cellular level, it is even more complex in its purposes.

Click around on the Internet and do some research. THIS SITE is pretty popular and informative.

I would definitely stay away from using these chemicals until you gain a better understanding of how the body works

Human growth hormone is injected using insulin syringes around the belly. As far as I know, it is VERY expensive and cost prohibitive. You have to run 3+ ius for several months to reap the benefits. There are so many counterfeits going around and legit product costs several thousand dollars over a six month cycle. HGH is basically for rich people -- not for your average gym rat.

That is completely correct. You are indeed getting fucked by paying that. Hard.

interesting but does not mean it can repair itself, last time I checked.

In some instances, it does.

Many people who have had a stroke experience limited brain damage. The brain will repair itself - it is a matter of having the correct physical rehabilitation to regain the use of the affected body parts.

Not all brain damage is going to have the potential to repair itself, but the brain really does have a large degree of plasticity.

Yeah I've seen the prices starting at $3000 to $5000 for a month's supply. It's ridiculous! I googled the names Serostim and Humatrope. I don't really see much result using deer velvet antlers. Maybe it's just a fad.

just throwing this in there Humatrope/serostim are "synthetic HGH". deer antler velvet is like a hgh precursor (not sure if i worded that right).

tianeptine is known for repairing brain damage, which means , repairing reduced (in size and function,shrunken...) parts of the brain induced by stress... not like i'ts going to stop necrotic damage or anything.

When the brain " repairs itself " it is not a repair in the strict sense of the word what happens (in most cases) is that the
neurons find other connection kind of like a big wiring harness it just find other wires that are not damaged and in the case of stroke victims that can take a long time you have to " train your brain " to accomplish this now there are some cases where the physical structure has fixed (loose term) blood vessels and returned flow to damaged parts of the brain but a drug or supplement that does that ..I wish..M.

aren't all HGH synthetic? if deer velvet antler is only an HGH precursor, then what's the point?

Yeah i hope so... It would be funny if people were out there HARVESTING hgh (human growth hormone). Where do you think you can harvest HGH from... human corpses might be the only real option.
