Bluelighter
I was thinking, a doctor could easily read all of the forums here on BL. Many posts on this site involve diverting narcotic medication, solicitation and abuse of drugs prescribed by doctors, and even (while I think is discouraged on BL) advice on how to scam narcotics from doctors.
Isn't this foolish? Doctors could read through some of the forums on this site and realize how much of an 'epidemic' abuse of prescribed medication is. If were already aware of all of the prescription drug abuse, viewing this site could reinforce their distrust of patients seeking medication.
This could result in patients who truly need narcotic medication being refused their medicine because a doctor assumes they are selling/abusing their drugs. Also, for pill-lovers and drug addicts such as myself, it could make it harder to scam doctors for pills, because they have caught on to the tricks and deceit required to legally obtain meds....
I do not have chronic pain or any true reason to be prescribed narcotics. I like getting high. If too many doctors began to read bluelight, it could make it hard for everyone to get the pain-relief/euphoria/sedation they need from prescription drugs...
