^Maybe, I was being a little over dramatic, I don't hate the needle itself but more the lifestyle that accompanies it. Just the act of IVing seems very fiendish to me. I don't care if your shit is sterile and safe to mainline, to me it just the act is repulsive.

I fucking love the needle too much. Thankfully I haven't shot up in about 3 months and don't plan to shoot up anytime soon. Probably 5 months since I shot dope.

Actually I think I may have posted in here before.

But IMO with the right attitude going in you can IV once or twice a year without much trouble. The problem is good drugs and ample cash that can make your attitude change real fast.

i love the needle the whole process of getting my works out and preparing my shot of heroin and then the rush after the plunger goes down is very addicting like other people have said im just as addicted to the whole process of preparing my hit love cooking my heroin up n stuff

I hate needles,I fear them very much. How can anybody stab their hands with these things and then inject mix of dirt and poison into their bloodstream for cheap ilusion of satisfaction multiple times every single day even if they see how it destroy them is hard to understand for people like me that dont use needles.I escaped from hospital atleast three times when I should have an sample of blood taken.Needles are sharp, sharp thing are dangerous and veins are too important and very vulerable.

actually iv administration is simply the most effective way of deliver a substance to my bloodstream, there is a problems that can occur if you arent responsible and take the necessary precautions, in my opinion, iv is the way intelligent people get high, dummies smoke and sniff things

Never shot up, never will - needles are such an easy way to totally ruin your life without meaning to.

I speak of cocaine, heroin(and all other opiates), and (meth)amphetamine though.

Is sniffing/smoking REALLY not good enough for you?

its a love hate relationship. it by far gives you the best high, but i agree it is such an easy way to ruin your life without meaning to. once you find your IV DOC it just takes over your life.

i used to love sniffing, but once you have been doing it for long enough, it just doesnt do it for you any more. and then its just 10 times more work then its worth, and wayyyy to expensive to get high when you could IV such a smaller amount..in the beginning any way.

its better to never start at all, because once youve done it there is just no going back.. :(

It wasn't that it wasn't good enough. It was curiosity of the "other side" that drew me to it. It wasn't my finest moment in my life. But I've learned a lot about my limits of self-control when I made the jump.

Now nothing is the same.

I hate, I mean HATE, stims. I try my best to stay away from them. Sure I don't mind a tad bit of whizz in my rolls, but straight speed is trash to me. But a fat shot of heroin is one of the most awesome experiences someone could have.

Unfortunately, I love needles. I love the act of doing it, the rush, everything. I love that red cloud filling the barrel in that "YES!!" moment when you finally hit one of your veins that have taken so much abuse it's not as easy as it used to be. It's, as everyone has said, a love-hate relationship. I know I wouldn't have fucked up my life as much as I have if I'd never started IV'ing. I have always loved opiates, but for the past four years since I started IV'ing them it has been a LOT worse.

Luckily I have it much more under control now than at any other point in the past few years. :)

hate getting stuck by one if it isnt me doing it haha....

I think if i had never picked up the needle i would still be curious about it so it might of been bound to happen. i hate it, but i do love it.

ditto to what most other ppl said. It's a love/hate relationship def. And the needle for me is def half the addiction. Doesn't so much matter what's in it; dope, meth, coke, pills, even water if i have nothing. Just thinking about needles makes my heart race and gives me a placebo rush. aahhhhh....

Haha yeah..last night I literally said "YES!!!" when my boyfriend was mid-sentence, completely interrupting him. He knows how it is though, so he just chuckled. :D
