I know how stupid it was you don't have to tell me, I was very bad off into my xanax addiction at that point in time.

I Don't advise ANYBODY to drive on xanax or while drunk.

I Clearly remember the accident until the point of blackout, I was driving down a fairly busy street at about 9:00pm the speed limit was 45 I was probably going a little slower, there was a median dividing the two lanes but the area I drove past had a opening for crossing cars to get into the lane going my direction, some ass hole came speeding out of the neighborhood through the middle barear at atleast 20 or so mph, I seen him I tried to avoid it but instead of avoiding it I turned towards him and he hit my back wheel which caused me to lose control and my car to repeatidly flip over and finally hit a pole which stopped it.

it fucking sucked....

For me I it used to be a 4 now it's a 1or 2. I used to drive "buzzed" on occasion then one time I drove drunk as hell and heard the sirens. Since then I never drink and drive. Kind of the same story with weed except no cops. I never thought twice to a road trip while stoned. Now my tolerance isn't as high so I try not to get behind the wheel. On a occasion opiates and driving occur, but what are you going to do sometimes you gotta drive.
 
NEVER ever. Im so paranoid about this.

Hell, just a little bit of DXM in me makes me way too freaked out to drive.

Weed, hell no.

Drank, another hell no.

Basically I avoid driving when messed up. Most of my mess ups are late saturday nights with friends so I dont need to go anywhere.
 
Ya i usually drive while high on just bud, i've driven once on acid which i hope will not happen again. Ill drive on opiates as long as its a relatively low dose. Definately NOT with alcohol or benzos.
 
I drive high drunk on ANY drug... my favorite is driving while rolling! :-)

maybe im a bad influence, but one thing i try to NEVEr drive on is

benzos... or benzos mixed with ANYTHING else.
 
Driving while stoned on weed has never been a problem. I drive very good ripped. Been doing it for 38 yrs. Weed makes me very careful...as opposed to driving drunk.
Booze or LSD are the toughest drugs to drive on, imho. How many times has some drunken bastard say -- "Hey guys!! Watch me take this corner at 90!!" -- & of course, someone ends up hurt, dead, or imprisoned.
LSD or any hallucinogenic make driving way too surreal. You lose concentration on the fact that you're operating a motor-vehicle. You start getting into the hallucinations & forget that you need to be watching the road instead of the flying geometrical figures.
Benzos + booze = black-out city...not advisable.
 
I drive high on dope but I don't think it really counts because it's not like... disorienting, you know, like alcohol or even pot.

I mean maybe if your naive... So should I say never or yes? I'd never drive drunk.
 
I have a real problem with getting behind the wheel while I am high on xanax. I just think I can drive and well, I go out and drive. I used to drive on low doses of xanax all the time, but I don't do that anymore. Now a days it's just when I am fucked and on auto pilot, and there is no one to stop me.

I don't mind driving high on marijuana, but not if I am baked.
 
im against driving high now, exceot maybe on a low dose of opiates or something like 20mg valium. so as soon as i picked mum up from work after id been to the dr's i opened my bottle of valiums and swallowed a heap in fron of her. her reaction was "do you really need that many?" to which i replied "you wanna get high?" she declinded haha
 
oh yeah, i meant weed. i hate driving whilst high on MJ, but i drive after drinking, makes no sense. i think its because i get so paranoid on MJ these days except for one or two strains. ill drive high on certain things comfortably though.
 
I have driven high on weed quite a bit, never bugged me, I usually felt like I was a better driver because I never did any stupid shit like Id do when I was sober

(Note: I am currently without a car and haven't driven consistently in about a year and a half, and I havent been high when driving in that time because I know Im out of practice)

I have driven, unfortunately, high on speed, coke, 2ci, 2ce, mushrooms, ketamine, and drunk. Dont ever plan on doing any of those again
 
i used to love driving on weed if it was during the day. i had an amp and a sub in my car so music was amazing and i wasn't ultra paranoid of cops. nighttime though, forget it. i would get so paranoid my legs would shake and i couldn't stop it.

opiates were another thing. i would ALWAYS stop at the same supermarket parking lot and do some D or OC and then drive around for a bit. once i started to dip though i had to get off the road. fucking hate driving around while dippin cause i really just wanna go lay down or something. the come up is nice though.
 
actually i should expand my answer:

weed: yes
LSD: no way
coke: sure
opiates: nah, can't be noddin out at the wheel
 
Lets see I have been In a car with people that have been driving drunk or stoned. I would much rather be an a car with someone stoned because with my friends there chill, listening to music, driving at the right speed limit (with weed). Now I have been in the same car with a friend who smokes weed when he got drunk and we try to do a u-turn at like 65 mph.....we some how ended up in a parking lot and got a flat tire. Usually I like being with a sober driver but if I comes down to alcohol or weed impaired I'd much rather be with someone with weed. (my opinion)
