I UTFSE and didn't really find the answer to my specific question. Mods - feel free to close this if you think it's "been done." :)

But, back to the main point - do that many girls really not swallow after giving head? I keep hearing all these things about how guys expect that they'll have to ask a girl to swallow and how awesome it is if they don't have to ask. Or how girls give really bad head and "to top it off, she doesn't even swallow!!" etc etc etc.

I've always swallowed, ALWAYS, and I just don't get this whole thing. I only have a couple female friends that I've asked, but they all swallow, and from what we've heard, we're all good at giving head too. I guess a good corollary question is: do lots of girls give bad head? I get insane amounts of accolades with each new guy - the last guy's words were "You have a gift. Seriously. I mean it. You have a gift!" - I thought I was just doing what everyone else did...

I just keep hearing all these negative things about girls giving head... Is it really true? Is good head on the "keeper" list? ;)

Care to enlighten me boys? (And girls, too, of course) :)
 
What's this supposed correlation that girls who don't swallow don't give good head? That's bollocks.

I know i give GREAT head to my husband (not just by what he says...maybe the twitching body, and hand clenching give something away ;)) but i don't swallow, never have. He comes in my mouth, which i LOVE, but i don't get why great head HAS to be followed by swallowing semen?? I don't "spit" it out as soon as he's done it, it just kinda runs out during the after-orgasm licks and kisses i place on his belly, etc.

As far as i'm concerned, if a guy bases whether head is good purely on whether a girl swallows, then he's a cockhead. Either that, or the girl is shit at head, but shooting his jizm down her throat makes up for it. ;)

If i were a female ejaculator, there would be NO way i'd expect my husband to open his mouth and swallow it all, and i know that he feels the same way.

For the girls into it, more power to you sistas, but please don't assume that we who don't like to have jizm shot down our throats give bad head. That's not the only thing that makes a BJ. In fact, i don't think it makes a BJ at all. Just my opinion. :)
 
I used to always ALWAYS swallow also, but then I had a traumatizing experience--a very close male friend whom I greatly admired went off on me calling me a slut and a whore when he found out I swallowed..I dont know what it was I'm not usually that influenced by people but i the way he treated me afterwards, I was really very hurt adn like I said traumatized from his words.

A lot of women aren't too keen on the idea of a man coming in their mouth. My ex would lick or bite the head when I came, but she really didn't like the feeling of me cumming in her mouth. swallowing really is trivial, not a big deal in my opinion

i honestly believe if you put any effort into a bj, its gonna be at least good.

From personal experience I have found that about 50% of girls who give good head swallow. Of course my sample size is by no means extensive and what I consider good head others may not. So its kind of a useless stat isn't it?

To me good head is foremost - swallowing I'm all for but it isn't as important. Bit like the 90% / 10% MikeyLikesE speaks of.

I have friends who cannot cum from a blow job. As far a I'm concerned this is because they aren't getting it right. I've been there - I know what bad head is like!

As for girls who don't want to or don't give head, well I'm sorry but thats a deal breaker for me.

So a girl who gives good head is definitely a keeper. If she swallows thats just that little bit better.

Personally it doesn't make sense to do anything but swallow. What am I supposed to do in the interim? Keep the semen in my mouth for five minutes or so, until it congeals? Let it leak all over my/our bodies? Leap up to the bathroom for the ever-so-sexy spit maneuver?

All of these seem like so much trouble, when simply swallowing takes care of the messy aspect and seems to come with so much kudos. It lets you linger over the blow job just a little bit longer.

head isnt my favorite thing to do. i dont mind doing it, though. i almost always swallow, unless i get a request to do otherwise from the guy. when i do it, its just all about what the guy wants. i dont mind.
 
I'm with samadhi, I don't swallow. I wait until the orgasm is fully over, then surrupticiously spit the semen out into my hand. I leave it in my cupped hand until an appropriate time to either wipe on a nearby towel or quickly dash to a sink.
