When I die I want you guys to smoke my pineal gland.
For science.
I suspect it'd have to be dried out, perhaps powderized? I think I've already gone too far down this rabbithole even just by asking.
With those drugs, outside of normal usage, you already have to be a certain kind of person to pursue that level of being "chewed up and spit out" over and over again. Personally, when I had a few dmt carts in supply? I used lower doses when I sober and breakthrough only when I was with another psyche.
I get that, I'm one of those people, but I also have seen how drug addiction affects people and with things that have no tolerance but feel great, I intentionally limit myself and spend periods "on" and periods "off" that I feel are safe, similar to MD(M)A every 6-12 weeks depending on dosage. When I was testing MDMA in 30mg doses, I found it interesting and useful, and using it again within 6 weeks maintained full effects but I never tried any periods more close in time than that. It was my half-assed attempt at "empathogen microdosing" or, well, mesodosing I guess. I figured I'd test the therapeutic potential of it, and it led me to believe that there's genuinely an application to doing that with meditation, for a total of 4 doses. I was taking 120mg every 3 months, and I decided at one point to break that up into quraters over 3 months instead, to see if I'd notice any blood pressure or heartrate changes, changes to meditation, changes to HPPD, and of course behavioral alterations.
I think that people who are also somewhere at the intersection of tremendously fucking nerdy, and people with a lot cognitively going on that needs to be "debugged" at some point. This of course, has to be alongside the willingness to reconstruct yourself in a way similar to cracking the authorization of a .exe, and then figuring out how to leave it cracked. I didn't use ayahuasca daily for 8-10 months (first month and last month were every other day for the most part) because I was mentally well, but I managed to come out of it far less depressed than I was. Weekly uses of LSD, a ton of meditation, and a solidly positive set and setting were all very helpful at that point in my life. I think I set my bar for the "chewed up and spit out" feeling so high over that period (as well as high dosed psilocybin mushroom uses), and later cleaning grams of 2C-B with my fiance in 4-6 weeks. Years of high dose cannabis usage, and 10 months or so of daily 100-125mg ketamine usage to medication super intense chronic pain alongside a regimen of kratom, cannabis, and soma until an operation fixed the chronic pain to quite a noticeable degree. I think I may just have periods of
intense usage that then naturally taper off, usually with gaps in time between them that involve not using much besides cannabis and caffeine.
