One thing about DMT I note often is that people will smoke a tiny bit and then decide they don't like it or its scary and never do it again, but you NEED to breakthrough to truly understand what DMT is 'about' and gain the benefits of it. The most surefire breakthrough method in my opinion is taking another psychedelic like shrooms then smoking DMT right as it begins to wear off, even a small amount will do the trick. Once you are at the point where you are no longer aware of yourself or your surroundings and your entire existence becomes a series of geometrical shapes then you have broken through. If you can still think and rationalize while high or have an 'internal experience' separate from the sensory world, that is not a breakthrough, at least not the life-changing type
