My last DMT trip was a bit too intense. I meditated a little bit beforehand, did it out in a sunny field, but I ended up panicking... stayed way too much in a very reductionistic mode of thought... It was very scary and I feel a little zonked.
How can I prevent this from happening again? I want to enjoy DMT to its fullest...
