paramnesia, an excellent mix! I have to admit I wasnt too fond of alot of the tracks on it the first listen I gave it, but they grew on me very quickly. Its getting alot of play right now :) whats the track at 39mins? I need to get my hands on that.

Seth, another fantastic mix. Good man.

i know you posted this like on page 3, but i wasnt here then, and i was going through downloading a shit ton of sets, and my friend, excellent EXCELLENT work. im not usually much for more progressive breaks, but you play some killer tracks, a few i have myself. and the mixing is wonderful. pm me if you have anymore sets i could scope out, and if you wanna talk breaks :) i love it!

i think i had just posted a link to where you could find my mixes, but im not sure if anyone had checked em out or not, i wanted some feedback before i put up my newest mix...im still new at this, so its a trial and error at this point. from what i understand though, in the 6 months ive been spinning ive gotten pretty good :)
this is my 5th time on the decks, back when i was just wanting to spin for a hobby. its mostly breaks remixes of trance tracks, but thats all i had to work with, and thats what i learned with. for it only being my 5th time on the decks, its pretty good :) if you look at the track listing, its pretty wierd...and alot of that i dont play anymore...like the atb...i played that only because it was a breaky track and i didnt have anything else...i hate atb...lol
Dj Sparklez Breaks The Cat
1. "Phuture 2000" - Carl Cox (Hybrid remix)
2. "Joyenergizer" - Joy Kitikonti (breaks mix, i cant recall who did it tho)
3. "Join Me" - Lightforce (Dave London and Filthy Rich remix)
4. "Hi>5" - Elite Force
5. "She Said" - Baby Anne (city wide all stars remix)
6. "Two Lackadaisical Lunatics" - Odeed vs Bionic
7. "Let U Go" - ATB (atb remix )
8. "Transmittors: On" - Dj Icey
9. "Alive" - PVD (Dj Icey Artic Bass mix)

this is my mix, on my 4 month anniversary of spinning...theres some flaws, a few timing issues maybe, but all in all its pretty good id say.
Sparkimus Prime Demands Electro Breaks
1. Killer Elite - "Triggaman" (Elite Force RMX)
2. Dj Icey and Jen Lasher - "Rain"
3. Tony Faline - "Operational"
4. Dj Icey - "Thor"
5. Elite Force - "Crew One"
6. Dj Sharaz - "c:\(What's That Sound?)"
7. Dj Icey - "Transmittors : On"
8 Dj Viro feat. Jennavive - "Never Let Me Go"
9. Dj Icey - "5th Dimention"
10. Dj Icey - "Nextgen"
11. Killer Elite - "Tabloid"

i know, alot of icey...and i promise you, ive gotten out of that habit...my new mix im getting ready to put online is also a slightly different style than both of these, more of a london breaks sound, a little harder, and theres no dj icey (i get a hard time from a lot of people for all the icey i used to play, well dammit, those tracks are good!)

anyway, any feedback you guys could give would be wonderful, and any words of advice too. its been two months since that last mix, and ive improved even that much more, but id like to still hear what everyone thinks :)

how would i be able to put a mix up on here i finally finished one i really think is perfect
plus i have 56k soo uploading it up on someones site might be a lil ruff

wicked mix, JB. top notch track selection/mixing/progression.

there was only one part in the mix that I didn't care for and that was when the music broke down into this really techy/industrial bit - didn't really feel right with the rest of the set. other than that, I really dig this mix, a definite addition to my growing collection of supurb BL dj sets. :)

Okay folks, I finally got my DSL connection so I've been on a mad downloading spree these last few days.

Wunderkind - Dude, that mix is f*cking DOPE man! A little off on some of the mixes, but it seems more a problem with matching levels and crossfading than anything else. Good programming, good beatmatching, GREAT track selection and flow. My only advice would be to practice the timing of your beat stops, and to maybe not do it quite as often, as its just a bit of overkill towards the beginning of the mix. Aside from that, keep em coming!

Paramnesia - I've only listened to the "Live at Atmosphere" mix so far, tho I did get the other one today and plan to check it out tomorrow. I'm not a huge fan of techno, mainly because of the lack of programming that I've noticed most techno dj's seem to practice, but you seem to pay a bit more attention to it than most. Tracks are good, and its a great overall flow from one to the next. I'll definitely be giving it a bit more attention than the average techno mix.

R_Mack - Dude..... BRING ON THE FUNK!!! This mix has been on HEAVY rotation with me lately. I tend to stray towards the harder peak set styles, but damn man. This shit is nothing short of the juiciest collection of funk house that I've had the pleasure of listening to in a long time. All I can say is that everyone needs their daily dose of funk, and this is a great place to find it!

Lady Foursquare - I haven't had a chance to actually sit down and listen to your "Cabin Fever" mix, but from what I've heard of it so far its sounding great. I'll let you know when I give it the true attention it deserves.

I have a couple more to listen to yet, so I'll get back to you with those reviews.

Matt Harder, Tim Shady, and Sicc:16, I've tried multiple times to get your mixes but am having no luck with it. I really would like to check them out so if there's any other way I can get my hands on them please let me know.

I tend to have the same problem when I'm doing a recording. I'll try to get all into it at first and then get paranoid that I'm going to fudge the recording if I get too cocky. And as far as the beat stops, those can be a bitch to get the timing down on, so I totally understand. As I said tho, great work and keep them coming!
