Okay folks, I finally got my DSL connection so I've been on a mad downloading spree these last few days.

Lady Foursquare - I haven't had a chance to actually sit down and listen to your "Cabin Fever" mix, but from what I've heard of it so far its sounding great. I'll let you know when I give it the true attention it deserves.

Thanks! I can't wait to hear what you think.

Eternally a student...

had any problems with your copy of Tkac & Haverlik skipping??
both of the copies I ordered have skips in the same spots...numerous one's at that...have tried with different needles also.

If you've posted a house, techno, breaks, or DnB set in the first 10 pages, great mixes.
(just don't care for the other genres much:\ )

One inparticular, which I don't have the artist name...it's kinda deep techno'ish and the opening track has a female vocalist over a deep groove saying: 'Feel....strange......beautiful....strange....' or something like that-I've never been too good at identifying vocals, just beats.
Anyway, I LOVE this mix. So many of the tracks are much more than they appear at first listen. Beautiful breakdowns especially....props.

A lot of awesome mixes in this thread though, for sure.

New mix from me. Some tracks are old, some are new, just what I am really feeling these days. Probably not the best of mixes ever in the whole world, but I think it'll have to do for now. If you have any comments or want a cd email me at [email protected]!

Damn Press!!

I have this one on Cdr and it plays fine, no skipps!!! yet at least :)

well I doubt the CDR will skip as a vinyl miss-cut will :)

but yeah it's an official manufactured skip in all copies of that record...sux, but people are still buying it from our store 8o :)

BillYB...I am thoroughly enjoying your mix.

It's not my favorite style, but I would definatly have a fun night dancing to it. Ima burn it and give it to my friend, he will really love it.

I personally like how you go from pure electronic records to records with words. Not too much of either, from what I can tell, so it breaks between both "styles" perfectly.

I got a bunch more to review, but you guys gotta give me some time.

Well, I have had my tables since last January....but I BARELY use them. This last mix that I made is the longest that I have been on them at one time. I sorta mess around with them when I get bored. Maybe a good 30 minutes at a time. I'm so busy with my new house I don't have much time for my babies. :( But, I'm getting back into it now. :)

Lady Foursquare, sorry it took so long to get this review up, but your Cabin Fever mix is DOPE!! (The Peanuts Xmas record starting it is definitely the icing on the cake, I have that one as well ;) ) You definitely know how to finesse the funk girl. Let me know when you have more!
