hi D n A, i have a lot of experience, years, of serious, heavy drug use: the dissociative feelings you are experiencing, are, imho, temporary, as evident by the fact that you realize they are not normal.....psychotics don't reallze this fact, and from what
i've seen, this includes psychosis stemming from drug abuse. i'd keep very active, take SUPPLEMENTS: vit. b comblex, a multi, calcium/magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, on an emtpy stomach, just the minerals, on an empty stomach, and fish oil or lecithin, this, like the vitamins, on a full stomach. all of this will help your brain rebuild itself and help your nerves relax. and exercise A LOT.... when i was going through serious acute w/ds, and even PAWS, strenuous exercise was the only thing that kept me from wanting to kill people...... you'll be fine. the suggestion to see a Dr. is worth a try. they can give you non addictive meds that could help through the tough parts. good luck.
