Are you sure there was an APB on the bottle ? APB are Benzofuran drugs.
BTW taking low dose of Diphenhydramine wont do much else then get you tired, some people like mixing it with opiate to potentiate the nods but DPH alone in low dose is just a potent antihistaminic with mild anticholinergic effect. In higher dose 500mg + its a potent anticholinergic that cause delirium. Its an intresting state of mind but its also very unplesant. I think its worth doing 1 or 2 time in your life just to see what REAL hallucination is not just some visual cause by psychedelics.
@Dopemegently, I recommend you Robitussin DM cough gel caps, they contain 15mg DXM only per pills, 20 pills a bottle. I think they are only sold in north american though. Dose of 200-300 mg cause me mild empathogen/stimulant effect. Higher dose 500-600mg cause complete dissociation along with visual in a dark room. Walking while on high dose is very difficult, theres this thing called robowalk wich I would describe like either you cant walk cause you cant control you body properly or you body walk like a robot like you dont have control on your legs but they walk anyway. Theres always a point about 45min after ingestion where I get nauseous and vomit and then the trip start.
Personally I prefer low dose to the higher one, they are more euphoric, since I did not enjoy my 750mg dose that made me fall unconscious in some woods after vomiting in the streets lol, then I had to walk home with those legs I couldnt control and all this during the winter.
