I just drank a half a bottle of this, it's about 295 ML of it in a full bottle, so do the math. I'm not sure if this will do anything, and that's why I'm here. I've read about Diphenhydramine HCl, but not Diphenhydramine HCl APB.



1. I'm wondering, what is the APB, and is it pretty much the same thing?

2. Does it have any sort of recreational use?

3. If so, what should I be expecting?

4. And last but not least, WHEN should I expect this to take affect?



I'm aware this will make me very tired but that is not a problem.

Also, please let me know if I'm breaking any rules, I'm pretty sure I'm not but if I am please let me know, I'm new to this site (:, thanks for any info.

The DPH should kick in after about 40 minutes approx. It won't necessarily make you tired; drinking strong coffee on dph can give you a great little buzz (especialy on opiates). You're dose was fairly high for a single dose; 150mg was more than enough for me.

I don't think you're breaking any rules here, and btw I have no idea what "apb" means, never heard the term before. Sorry.

Diphenhydramine is a common ingredient in benadryl, and motion sickness medicine. i personally like the high, but some get freaked out by it. you should loose sense of gravity perse after about 30 minutes. after that i usually hear voices and see get OEV's good luck though
 
Uhm, I actually waited a wile and I felt absolutely nothing, odd enough. Although I did get hella tired and after about an hour of waiting I called it a night and went to sleep. Weird, because you say 150 is more than enough for you, yet I got no effect from it. I am not sure why, anyone have any idea why?
 
Wow that's really strange; I would get intense effects from the drug (however, those 150 mg doses would be taken up to 6 -7 times a night- I was a dph fiend lol). I was on opiates, so maybe the dph acted to potentiate the effects?" Or perhaps you just have a very high tolerance to drugs in general? I'm quite surprised you felt nothing, though.....
 
how did you know exactly how much Dph your getting, did you drink benadryl, or liquid motion sickness? because when i took Dph i just popped like 9 pills. contemplating drinking some benadryl though
 
If you take too much you get delirious. So if you didn't get anything out of it no use in pushing it, not worth it recreationally anyways.
 
If you take a recreational dose, you will also feel absolutely horrible the next day, possible the worst hangover I've ever experienced. So yeah, it's def not a great drug: the buzz is quite dirty itself, so you could do a lot better.
 
Yeah? Well, we're all different I guess. Also, that sounds like a one-off; I abused these things heavily for months, taking up to 1000 mgs a day, so maybe the feeling of being like the living dead was like a poisoning thing, or something? Serious side effects, too when I was into dph heavily; black-outs, hallucinations (seeing the shadow people), head-crushing migraines, and I also looked ill, and I mean TOXIC-looking.

It's merely a sleep-aid for me now, and I used it quite rarely, never more than 100mg. I was dumb as hell using it that way, but I was very young...
 
It was sold as a generic sleep aid.

Originaly I used it for a mild, enjoyable buzz when combined with caffeine and dihydrocodeine, but I increased the dose in time to achieve full- blown delirium. It's quite difficult to describe it's effects at very high doses with hindsight (I was kinda out of it, and those months seem like a bad dream), but as I said earlier, it was a dirty "high" with very unpleasant hangovers.

Edit: the chemists here are clocking on to the drugs abuse value; they refuse to sell it to you fortnightly, sometimes they outright interogate you...

well 150mg is a low dose for a high/trip I usually take 250-350mg for a decent high along with some good bud its a very dreamy high. just get the off brand allergy tabs its like a dollar or two for 36 25mg tabs
 
This is a bit late, but how much DPH is in each ml? You've said that you drunk half a 295ml bottle, but that doesn't necessarily mean you've taken half of 295mg of DPH. Assuming you have though (or did) ~150mg isn't a huge dose and I personally wouldn't feel anything from it. I normally have to take upwards of 400mg to get 'mild' effects.

It really comes down to how you metabolise the drug, and how well your organs filters out the excess. Simply put, DPH poisons you into delirium and the quicker your body can get rid of it the milder the trip will seem. If you smoke or take any stimulants along side it they can also dampen the effects as they boost activity at the acetylcholine receptors.
 
What type of benylin was it? We can work out how much you had, and how much filler...
Speaking of which, some of the inactives they put in these things can be toxic in the right amounts.
Unrelated: I'm considering a robitussin max strength session tomorrow; any good? Never done dxm.
