Differences between American and European drug culture

I think Quebecers get a bad rap too. Like they are wanna-French, making them extra pathetic smug assholes. But I only noticed two things the times I've been up there... damn the girls dye their hair red a lot, and everyone seems nice.

thats the key word, SEEM nice. THey go by the homeless people and look at them with disgust and almost what seems hate. I dont understand that mentality, what if it wa sthere ass on the street? If im asked i always give them a bit of money or some cigs you know makes the day better for them at least. But imo ive never really seen that they try to act french. Cops in my experience and from what iread and here about the states are alot more calm,in the suburbs thats is, big citys like mtl hell no. I was caught with 2 gram of fin nugs, they were all like youre under arrest get in the car but didnt cuff me, they went in secluded area,threw away my weed and told me to go. Also one time a cop was searching us for ID because we were minor, and yeah he pulls out a scale and quarter of ganj from my friends pocket,goes like i wasnt searching for that and eventually let us go,let us keep the weed and all. In bulgaria though you get caught with .2 you get a few months of jail and you ass wil be beaten in an attempt to catch the dealer.

I fucking love the cops in Canada.. only had one experience (that and Trailer Park Boys)

My and my friends were coming back to the States from the Ottawa jazz fest.. drunk wanted weed.. saw a black dude looked pretty chill. I had hit my head on something at the fest earlier and i looked a bit bloodied so we thought we were a little more tough. We hook up with the black guy, who takes us to a white guy, we get green, black guy is about to hop out at this park...

And some Canadian coppers roll up... 4 white dudes crushed in a small car with a black guy, and i got blood on my face still. They come up, don't even make us get out of the car, I start talking from the back seat making up BS... they say something about "this can be dangerous", they make a funny joke about Bush, and let us go... with our weed. They knew we had just copped something. Fucking awesome, love Canadian cops..

dats what im talking bout,majority of the cops dont care for weed.I dont for chemicals because the only time they caught me i saw themcoming and ate the shit. ANyways ive been searching numerosu times and if it aint weed it goes in my boxers. they are dickhead cops though. A few weeks ago iwas walking round drunk as fuck at 2pm, and those 2 cops stop me and start shit. Oh show us your eyes we can search you balblabla, i went on that they didnt had the probable cause and so forth for 15 min, at then end i was like aight search me, they did, both had red faces and were mad as bulls lol. I had nothign from the beggining,just wanted to piss them off. Oh you dare lose a police officer time blablabla we are here to help and you make a joke out of us...lol protect me from what DEM EVIL DRUGS? lol when people actually need protection they are the last ones there and they will probably shoot your dog in the process
 
A similarity between European and American drug cultures: end users on both sides of the pond are utterly fixated on whether weed should be spun with tobacco or not.

I actually picked up a pack of Samson's for gritty ass hand-rolling. Am I suppose to grind this stringy old cottage smellin brown shit or what?

I seriously did though. Mixed with bits of bubble hash in a corn cob pipe did me nice, but just once a week kinda nice..
 
^you have to loosen up the shag a little bit. i always took a bit of the tobacco between my fingers and shook it above my mixing dish (when i used to smoke tobacco). that way you can mix it nicely with your cannabis.
 
I've noticed oxycodone in the form of Roxicodone 15-30mg (blues) are super popular in the states. Along with Opana (I only fuck with the 5 or 10mg IR pills fuck the ER form).

The dealers around the midwest/US cities are more "hood" or associated with gangs or crews. They tend to be African American as well; most white dealers that serve heroin use themselves and have overly-cut product and non-existent deals. The black dealers don't use their shit, they just smoke good weed and eat molly or xanax sometimes, always drunk too.

I noticed the dope I've seen in the UK tends to be straight powder. In the midwest I get ECP, but it's chunky. I know some cities get stamps, I personally get gel caps that contain tenths, or close.
 
First off, brits (dunno about the rest of europe) smoke with tobacco as traditionally imported hash was the main type of cannabis smoked. Try rolling a pure hash spliff. However, smoking a spliff with rolling tobacco means it burns more slowly, hence why we do it. Less wastage

Some other differences I've come across:

We give our kids alcohol, you give your kids speed.
Alcohol seems to be harder to get over there (and you have to be over 21 for alcohol)
MDMA is common as fuck over here

We can roll a joint, you can't
Your all on opiates
You have cocaine, we have benzocaine
Ket seems to be more popular over here
People drink more over here

Oh man, I'm glad someone already said this! It's the biggest fucking problem, I feel like moclobemide or amineptine would be the most worthwhile AD's for me, but I live in the U.S. I've gone through everything at this point.
 
I strongly prefer "joints" rolled with papers not cigar wraps. I like to taste of cannabis and can define tastes and quality much better from joints. Besides I don't want to inhale any tobacco- I stopped my ciggy habit of 35+yrs about 3 yrs ago and now want nothing to do with tobacco. I don't like bongs or pipes. I think they taste dirty plus for me it's much easier to regulate my hits smoking joints- I hate coughing my lungs out from bongs- why burn the hell out of my throat? And before anyone says it "no you don't get any higher from coughing and it doesn't mean the weed is better if you cough. I don't frown on people that mix tobacco with weed nor do I frown on people that smoke pipes and bongs- joints are just what I like the most. I like to roll a joint and hit on it before I light it- it give me a good taste test, kinda like when people smell their bag. If I do have to smoke a pipe I light the edges so I can get a fresh hit each time. I'm from Cali and I've been smoking since 1969.

I love to do that non lit taste hit hit too! Good job stopping cigs,i cant. But i have to ask, didnt you develop any anxiety from smoking thaht long? Ive smoked ganja in massive amounts for abotu 5 years, and well recently after some bad experience with cemicals i cant anymore, i get a panic attack from a hit of a joint. If you had any anxiety brought on by the weed,did you find a way to beat it other benzos?
 
Once I got a little anxiety when I was going true a divorce and having problems, never actually had a panic attack. If you are under a lot of stress and are worrying a lot you may become more vunerable to anxiety from smoking. Nowadays they have high CDB strains that actually help relieve anxiety. I would never recommend anyone to treat anxiety with benzos unless you have a bad anxiety problem and your Dr recommends them. Even then you better watch how much and how long you take them- benzo withdrawal can be a bitch. If you are still interested in smoking cannabis and you live in a state that permits it try finding a depensary that carries high CDB strains, something like Harlequin or Catatonic. They are beginning to be very popular. A lot of research has been done on using CDB's for medicinal reasons. I know anxiety problems are hard to deal with. Heavy exorcise helps- anything to relieve stress. Good luck. Do some reading on CDB strains you will be surprised on what they're finding out about its effects and uses.
