Hello everyone, my name is Ray. I've been lurking around here for years now and finally registered after seeing this thread. I'm pretty sure I'm just like a lot of people on here and was trying to find a connect around the Detroit area. I had never had to cold cop before and was really nervous about it and looked here for some tips. I'm about as sheltered suburban white boy as it gets and stick out like a sore thumb anywhere north of downriver. My d.o.c. was always roxy and diluadid but I lost that connection and really couldn't afford it anyway. So long story short I drove to a gas station the southeast side and sat up there for a while with no luck even though I made eye contact with a bunch of people. Frustrated I decided to leave and head back home and decided to take a side street back to the main road. As I'm driving down the street a car that was at the gas station turned down the same street and started flashing their lights behind me. I was kinda freaked out by this and was about to haul ass out of there but I decided to stop and see what's going on. A couple of gentleman in a nice dodge asked if I'm alright and nervously I said I've been better and was trying to find some boy around here. He said yea I got you and asked what I wanted. Having already spent the money I had I asked if he had a sample and he broke off a nice tan rock for me and handed it to me with his name and number in a lotto paper. It must have been almost a quarter gram. Excited I headed for home and tested it out. Best horse I've ever ridden and always around. Since then I've been approached waiting for him by 3 others with samples and numbers as smooth as it could be. So for those frustrated in their searches, don't give up. If I can get it you can too. If that doesn't work, just throw a homeless guy with a sign an extra 10 and ask if he knows anyone. That always worked for me too. Good luck and be safe.

Man, I'm so envious! I wish that would happen to me. I don't drive, but I've tried riding my bike around some areas, to no avail. I've got a reliable connect right now so I'm not too desperate to find something else, but I really would like to. The guy I'm dealing with right now is constantly professing his love for me and always makes sexual comments, and I've had to explain over and over again that I'm not interested. So then I think he overcharges me whenever he feels rejected. But I'm not about to lead him on in order to get a deal. Uhg. I think sometimes people assume that if a girl is into shooting heroin then she also must have casual sex. But I'm not that kind of person and I try to make that very clear. I just wish I could find a professional and reliable connection. I've had some in the past, but more often than not I end up having to deal with unwelcome advances. It's frusterating.
 
Man its funny I'm from the Toledo area too. I've always had my oxy dude come down from Detroit with massive amounts so us white ass motherfuckers in Fremont back in the day nevr had to go searchin.

Now I moved and BELIEVE IT OR NOT I can't find shit in Toledo because Toledo just isn't that kind of city where you "take a walk" as a 120 lb skinny young ass lookin white kid ...

And neither is fuckin detroit. Lol

So low and behold here I am on blue light like a dumbass at 11pm.
 
I couldn't imagine being a girl and having to go through that. I know exactly what you mean though, a few of the girls I have ran into at the corner pharmacy are always getting hassled. I know a lot of guys that will send their girl to cop because they always get better bags. I'm probably one of the few guys out there that doesn't do that and it's almost like they don't believe it and are expecting me to want something from them too. It kinda makes me sick. People will do anything for a hook up these days I guess. Please be careful out there, you can't trust anyone anymore. If it was up to me, I'd help everyone out. Problem is I have been burned so many times looking out for other people and when it comes time to return the favor everyone disappears. There's no friends in the dope game. People only care about themselves. The cops are really good at playing junkie these days too.

Does anyone utilize needle exchange in Detroit? I was making my way over there today, mostly because I'd like to use sterile water--I've always just used tap water, but who knows what kind of crap is in there these days... Ordering online is not an option for me. I would also love to purchase some wheel filters if they have them; I've heard that some needle exchanges do. Not to mention I'd just like to properly dispose of used syringes. I try my best to use a fresh one every time, which would be easier if I were able to get them for free. I hate getting them from the pharmacy for fear of running into someone I know. And then about 20% of the time the pharmacy tech will refuse to sell them without an insulin prescription on file. So I thought it would be a good idea to check out the needle exchange. But as I was riding my bike over there I passed several cops... and I'm just wondering if the police watch the place, or how all that works. It made me uncomfortable so I didn't go. Can a person carrying used needles be arrested for paraphernalia?

MotorCityMadness, I wouldn't mind just chatting with you--but I tried to PM you and your inbox is full. I use in secret as well; I don't have any using friends right now. The few that I've had are either dead or have been clean for a while. And of course, many people lose a lot of their finer qualities to addiction, such as honesty, integrity, etc., which makes it difficult to maintain meaninfukl friendship. But I've always been a pretty honest and dependable person, and that hasn't changed. Anyway, it would be nice just to have a friend who is non-judgmental.

Yes of course you can be arrested for paraphernalia if you have a used syringe. However, I think you're being overly paranoid. Detroit is a different ballgame when it comes to this sort of thing, I mean think about what Detroit cops have to deal with. They aren't concerned about some guy with a syringe. Now the Wayne State cops you should watch out for, but Detroit cops are super cool. My friend got caught nodded out in his car with a needle in his arm and the cop simply told him to get lost. Another time I got pulled over and for some reason the officer thought my license was expired. It actually wasnt and I have no idea why he thought that, but he let me go anyway which is basically saying go ahead and drive without a license. I also had heroin and weed on me but he didn't ask to search or pat me down or anything.
 
I definitely feel you guys. I'm normally strictly a pill guy, (dillys, oxy, morphine, whatever) I don't fuck with heroin considering how potent alot of the shit in the Detroit/Toledo area is right now, I just don't trust myself to be smart with it more than anything to be honest. But cold copping pills in the first place is literally something that never happens lmao. Even at my bupe clinic in Toledo, most of the people there aren't even remotely decent candidates for asking for a favor because theyre all on bupe and the last thing I would honestly want to do is lead someone into relapsing just because some stranger (me) asked for help finding shit.

Yeah, I realize that for the most part Detroit cops aren't going to care. I probably am being too paranoid. The needle exchange is pretty much right downtown though--just a few streets away from Hart Plaza. It seems like pretty much all the cops in Detroit are downtown, where they want to keep things nice for the suburban folks who go down there. So I wonder if they would be more likely to care about the little stuff.
 
Im all about being positive (mental attitude an all)... however, please be aware that Detroit, earlier in 2015, was given a Fed grant of over 1.3million to specifically combat the heroin trade. I read somewhere's on this thread that Detroit cops are good at playing junkies; that's closer to the truth here. Coming from nearly 20+years in the on & off again world of opiate-addiction, and spending half of that time-span scoring in SF & the other half in Detroit (currently in Detroit), to believe or even think the Detroit cops could care less about busting "little ol' you who aint harming nobody" is a good way to become too relaxed in a damn scary city finding yourself sitting in jail (or worse); kicking-dope for a simple possession score. Stay out of automobiles if at all possible. If D-town cops think you or maybe your parents might have a bit of $ to bail you outta jail (consider Detroit is still on truly shakey-financial ground) and say impound your whip, costing in excess of $1200 (depending on your bail, and how many days your ride sat in impound)... Yeah, dont kid yourself. Stay smart if you have to score off the Liver... find a spot somewhere to park & then take a walk to wherever you need to be... at least that way you may look like your from that part of the hood & a D-town cop is less likely to be suspicious... stay aware & smart!
 
So here's a question for you guys: Who here has never ripped anybody off? I'm not going to lie; I have stolen money from people, but ONLY when I was certain the person would never notice--and they never did. And I can count on one hand the number of times I even did that. And I felt horrible about it.

But I would never ever EVER blatantly and intentionally rip someone off. I was recently in a situation where I met a girl, a user, who seemed super cool and sweet and went on and on about how she always maintained her integrity and compassion for people, how she visited the elderly in her spare time and helped counsel troubled women and was really involved at her church, and she swore that she would never rip anybody off. And then she totally ripped me off in a really cold-hearted way. It was my own fault because I saw all the signs of manipulation and just shrugged them off because I wanted to believe that she was different. I actually really wanted to be friends with her. I'm an incredibly sensitive person, and I really shouldn't be involved in the illegal drug world but what can I say, I like to get high. I can't help it if I don't fit the mold.

Anyway, that whole episode left me to conclude that I really may be the only honest junkie out there. I don't want to seem all "holier than thou" or anything because I know how desperate a person can feel when they're super sick and just can't take it anymore. It can drive a person to the point of insanity, and can one really be held responsible at that point? I can see how a person might justify a horrible act in her mind, thinking "I'm out of my mind; I really can't help it." But I've been there, too. And I haven't hurt anyone the way that people have hurt me. I just don't go there. There are worse things than being dopesick, even though it may not feel that way at the time.

So how about you other metro-Detroit people? Be honest. Are you manipulative and cold-hearted, willing to leave another user sick and crying in a fetal position because you took all their money? Or would you never go there because you know how awful it feels, and you actually appreciate the words of Jesus when he said, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you"?

I really would like to know if there's anyone else out there who has maintained some integrity and honesty in spite of their using.

Also, the moral of this story is: Watch out for people you meet online! You really can't trust anybody, unfortunately. :(
 
What's up doe detroit 'opiopeoples' ? Been a minute since I posted(pure laziness) everything is ok with me , wanna kick this habit soon.
Anyways been getting good blow, been getting g's and half g's of this dark brown/grey/black hard chunky stuff a g is usually one fat hard chunk,?l keep nodding to as I write this so I'll make a more thorough report later lol peace dirty Frenchman
