i didn't think much of that video the first time i saw it. but with time i've warmed up to outfits a bit. tumblr for french doves of ago built up a potential for interest in the fashion world, then elle was the sudden catalyst. but i'm still new to following and learning to appreciate the out there-ness of it. i get the feeling our interests are similar but our opinions will rarely line up perfectly. in all areas of pop-culture. except for that latest Teen Vogue shoot, which i love too.

elle belongs in a dress. the video is skirts and shirts. only real dress she wears is the blue one. the bottom half of it is very light and beautiful. i didn't like the top half the first time i saw the video, but now i'm alright with it and like the dress as a whole. there are not many frames containing the all of dress though. the plaid pants are awesome.

thanks for sharing it. anytime you are considering posting something elle related on bluelight, i'm one person hoping you do.

Jason Wu for Target comes out in a month. I am finally excited about one of these "Designer x Target", because unlike others, I think that this collection will actually look nice on me.

^ have you ever tried to score any of the pieces for Target's Go International collections? it's a fucking madhouse online and in-store. when they featured Missoni it totally crashed the site, people were trampling each other in the store and then Target had problems filling online orders. i had a coat in my bag but since i didn't L.O.V.E. it, i couldn't justify buying it... UNTIL i saw it on eBay for three-times (!!!) the cost. bitchez.

anyway, those Wu bags are totally cute and i'd be willing to throw some elbows for 'em.

i haven't tried to get any of the looked after target shit. and apparently no one else here has either. we still had missoni stuff on the shelves at our neighborhood target.

honestly, i haven't liked anything lately. i haven't bought clothes since i got a gucci mane tee shirt. the versache shit for h&m? TERRIBLE. the girl with the dragon tattoo stuff for h&m is nice, but not really my thing lately. perhaps the real problem is me. i've been so all over the place in what i want to look like it's absolutely paralyzed me. part of me wants to take all my clothes that aren't dresses and sell them and just buy dresses and wear nothing but dresses for the rest of my life. then the next day i want to look like a boy as much as possible. i'm having a hard time figuring out what i want to be. perhaps that's why i'm so excited about this stuff. that is what i want to look like. i like the trim waists and conservative cuts and simple patters and colours.

who knew Kenickie would want conservative anything! hahahahahahaaa!

versace haute couture 2012. this is my favorite look, sick detail. was kinda on the fence about whatever is lining the borders on the jacket, was thinking its tacky, but then its versace so some level of tackyness is expected. wicked make-up and hair styling too, the look gives off this cool, futuristic, space-opera vibe.
