Depressing Films

Another vote for Leaving Las Vegas. Extra depressing for me as I have a friend doing pretty much the same thing as Nick Cage's character.

Idk if it has been said, but Apocalypse Now Redux always leaves me with this very mopey, "what's the point?!" type feeling hahah. Good movie.

American Beauty

No ones mentioned it as I was going name something thinking I would be the first but Blue Valentine was mentioned. I just saw scrolling through the pages by a lad from earlier.

The Road
Dead Man Walking
21 Grams
Serpico
Donnie Darko
Hunger

Looper you could throw into the mix.

Revolutionary Road. Bleak 1950s suburban america with diCaprio and Kate Winslet.

The novel is pretty bleak as well. Would not recommend watching the movie. I did'nt like it and was disappointed by it. The book much better though.
