In April and May I used a fuckton of Dexedrine. 3000mg in a month and then 1800mg in 2 weeks, sometimes 200mg a day. Afterwards I felt fine besides a huge tolerance spike (natch), and I haven't used more than my prescription dose since then. Now since a few days ago I'm having weird unexplained pain, fibromyalgia-ish symptoms. My arms feel sunburnt, my ears hurt and I'm sore all over.
In this study:
Acute administration of high doses of amphetamine (d- or d,l-) has been shown to produce
long-lasting neurotoxic effects, including irreversible nerve fiber damage, in rodents. The
significance of these findings to humans is unknown.
And here:
Occasionally, pain after disease or trauma develops only after a prolonged interval. Examples include
late-onset pains which first occur months or years following a stroke, spinal cord lesion or amputation
of a limb; a previously experienced pain that is recalled years later; and latent pain triggered for the
first time by a further insult in the same area.
Could it be linked, did I actually fuck myself up and not even know? Does anyone have experience with this sort of thing?
