Why did you have to answer me twice? You would do my box in if you were my manager & you did that all the time. Maybe you should think more & complete your point in the original post rather than, as you often seem to do, having to come back & revisit it later.

I have never raised a grievance or complaint against anyone in my working life, I could never be arsed. I would if I had a manager who acted the way you pretended you act though. Or I'd find out where they live & pan their windows

Aye does it. I've found myself standing with my jacket on & my computer shut down 15 minutes before the end of my shift because I've been a bit too quick at my slow tidying up lol.

Its a company wide policy, in most cases I would agree its a load of bollox but there are some industries it's a necessity due to the sensitive nature of the information being dealt with....I can't really be more specific but it doesnt take a genuis to work it out so in this case be glad for the policy its there to proctect people. I just dont have any paper docs there all on my enrypted PC so it encourges less printing so double bonus.

My spelling and grammar are really appalling as is my hand writing its been a problem for me since I was very young I even had special lessons to try and help with it at one stage, I'm kinda neither left nor right handed although I now only wright with my right hand but have to use a fountain pen and can barely read my own writing.
Apologies to all if this is a big problem for people, like I said I think communication is more important than pedantry about such things, I have IESpell loaded but as you will see from the support section I have problems with it on this site and tend to loose entire posts.

Its all about the scoring system mate, you clearly are working on a different set of rules and regs, you need to learn to keep up. The curve just keeps getting steeper, if you don't understand anything at any point there will be an opportunity at the end for questions
