Hi guys been working out for around seven years 35 yrs old pretty good shape for the year weigh around 185 pounds 5.10 tall but have come up against my training plateau week in week out but now i want to get that little dit more on my physique couple of guys at the gym are sayin gear but not realy saying what ........i have always trained naturally but now i want to go that little further and look that little bit better so i did some reserch on the net and all fingers keep pointing at DBOl has anyone got any advice on how to correctly use.........or if theres anything else for that little bit more

Sorry if I offer no explanation on how to use, but this is a very common steroid and there is a wealth of information already out there waiting for you (as opposed to you waiting for it).
 
dbol isn't worth it without stacking with injectable test.

185 at 5'10 aint that huge- i'm sure you can hone your diet a bit more.
 
Definitely eat lots of cottage cheese (the no/low fat kind of course) That shit works wonders especially before sleep (slow proteins) I eat like 1kg (2lbs) of that shit on a workout day. 90 grams of protein just from that. It's also dirt cheap (I pay 50 to 90 euro cents per 500 gram pack) definitely a lot cheaper then fish, nuts, etc. although you should still eat that too!

summed it up perfectly. If you're going to run a cycle, do it right with injectables. If not, stay natural and work on your diet.
 
dbol is a kickstart to a longer testosterone based cycle. If you run it alone then you won't retain many if any of your gains. Waste of time, mo ney, and your natural testlevels.
