Hi guys been working out for around seven years 35 yrs old pretty good shape for the year weigh around 185 pounds 5.10 tall but have come up against my training plateau week in week out but now i want to get that little dit more on my physique couple of guys at the gym are sayin gear but not realy saying what ........i have always trained naturally but now i want to go that little further and look that little bit better so i did some reserch on the net and all fingers keep pointing at DBOl has anyone got any advice on how to correctly use.........or if theres anything else for that little bit more
