thanks for clearing that up. you must admit it all looked a bit suspiscious from over here. we've only very rarely had threads dissapear, and it seemed like too much of a coicindence...
i'd just like to point out that i said nothing in any of those threads aside from posting relevant info, and trying to get the threads back on topic.
an easier way of handling such threads is to delete individual posts from them, or just parts of threads that are off topic, not deleting the entire thread. also you guys have to try and be consistent,and set a good example. regardless of how you may feel about a issue, and no matter who you are in the real world, spamming an entire forum with an off topic rant is childish and counterproductive. it sets a terrible precedent, and leaves mods/admins with no authority from which to do ther jobs...
and please feel free to point people over here if they need to discuss anything inappropriate for your board. if we've learnt anything in two years its how to keep discussions from getting over emotional...
