Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride

Can anyone tell me anything about Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride?
I have a yellow 10 mg tablet, that I got from my friend who is prescribed them for a broken collar bone. He took one at school and said he started seeing shit.
(He's straightedge and does not do drugs recreationally).

10 seems like it'd be small for a prescribed dose. Should I expect anything to happen once I take it?
What is the best way to take it? i'm not much into snorting.
 
cyclones imo aren't recreational by themselves, they're only good for boosting opiates.

cyclobenzaprine has anticholinergic side effects so taking larger amounts feels quite unpleasant. however some people find the mild sedative effect to give a "chilled" feeling, but its not euphoric or intoxicating.
 
Yeah, just look it up or search about it. It's a muscle relaxer, I've been prescribed it several times for a back injury. No recreational value, but will definitely make you tired and you'll sleep like a rock for quite a while. And, please do not snort it, its meant for oral use. 10mg is the normally prescribed dose, I think 20mg pills are the highest...but, do some research before taking a drug you don't know anything about, BL is here to help you do that by searching...and google is also your friend.


"Seeing shit" is extremely unlikely, and the common brand name you may hear for it is Flexeril.

well it is an anticholinergic so its possible as it is with other anticholnergic drugs(diphenhydramine, doxylamine, etc.).

however seeing things would usually happen at higher doses, although it (mildly)can happen at normal doses.

its fucking horrible for recreation. super decent for sleep imo. when i had back surgery i was given these and while they did what they were supposed to do they have 0 recreational value.

unfortunately i have to get off benzos(i'm currently tapering) so no more GABAergics for me. :(

when i asked for something to lessen the taper effects, my doc gave me fuckin Depakote. it actually works, but i was hoping for pregabalin or gabapentin.

He saved you a lot of cash...

Lyrica isn't cheap no matter how you acquire it...

Depakote is dirt cheap, and it will eventually make your liver dirt cheap too...

money isn't a problem for me, giving me Depakote instead of Lyrica is.

and my liver wasn't all that good before the Depakote. :\

it does pretty much do it directly(inhibits the reuptake of GABA-T).

it does it enough to the point of giving me a nice chilled out sedated feeling and completely blocks any effects from the benzo taper(which is really good, i think its actually better than pregabalin and gabapentin for benzo tapering as i haven't had any discomfort and just feel chilled from the Depakote).

That is not directly.
It has no effect on the creation of it in your body.

Pregabalin makes your body make more, bro...

pregablin mimics GABA as a synthetic form of it that can cross the BBB.

Depakote blocks reuptake so theres more GABA in the brain.

both end up with the same result: more GABA in the brain.
