Cutting Cycle: Test P, Tren A and Winstrol

Thanks, I will do exactly as you said. But in week 10 I will take 600mg instead of 750mg, week 11 100mg and week 12 50mg, this all is 3 trivials of test in cycle. And during the cycle I will take .25mg ED of anastrozole and in last 2 weeks .25mg EOD.

When I'll start with cycle I'll post my weekly diet plan

Sorry, I didn't see CFC's earlier post where He advised 0.25mg/day..... Just stay on 0.25mg/day until you come off Testosterone...
 
I have one question, why some people run tren e higher than test e? what's difference running tren higher or lower than test ?
 
Personal preference and tolerance to tren and its side-effects. I always run test higher, my libido plummets otherwise. Tren is also a lot stronger, so I'd not do that unless you were pretty advanced with a good number of cycles under your belt and plenty of experience of how you react.

what about var at the end of cycle (last 4 weeks)? many cutting cycles have var included and people prefer var instead of winny.
 
I have to run low test with tren or the estrogenic side effects become a pain. I'm sensitive to aromatizing compounds so I get estro sides on low doses. I don't like running ais so this is why I do it. I may try it down the line running higher test and see what happens with an ai used regularly

When cutting (not for a competition) all you're trying to do is preserve LBM to favour fat loss over muscle loss. Unless you have the genes of a top bodybuilder, adding more compounds and higher doses is only going to slow the LBM loss incrementally - thus it's not worth it (diminishing returns) relative to the additional health and recovery issues it raises.

To put this in perspective, I'm pretty big with fairly average genes and have been using AAS for many years, and I have to say that I cut on less than you're about to do. I've tried using much more, and found very little difference. I've observed the same in dozens of other guys as well.

Essentially, once you're into a calorie deficit and you're not one of the top 1%, the body's self-preservation mechanisms ensure that the best you can hope to do is slow the muscle loss. Adding extra winny or var or anything else towards the end is unlikely to add more than a fraction of a pound's LBM difference to the outcome...

Ironically non-aromatising compounds can also cause troubles with aromatase and oestrogen activity, in spite of their nature, so I guess a combo of both is doubly aggravating to you. I'd definitely give the AI a go at some point and see how it works out.
