I'm not saying it doesn't have it's own validity, but we all know exactly where to go if we want to read LLM generated text, and it's not what this forum's about.
That being said, I like creatine and have been taking it with good results (and I learned a lot about it from ChatGPT when I was researching it).
But I'd love to hear about *your* own personal experience with creatine!
 
I've gotten into Creatine after years long illness, to regain my physical strength, which sank very low. My agenda, initially, was purely physical, you know what it does. However, I started to notice my already brisk mental resilience increased, and I noticed that with the dissociative trips I take, I have more fortitude. I began to look into it and saw reports of enhanced memory, nootropic effects for some a mild mental stimulation, and it makes utter sense given how it regenerates your ATP and neurons being high;y energy consuming when they do their thing - and they're working overtime in trip situations.

Creatine isnt just helping me with my isometric weight training, but it spiked up my brain especially under duress - such as tripping :)

My dissociative of choice is Memantine, which is very longacting. Creatine makes thoughts clearer, the experience less fatigued, and recovery is smoother.

I'll have to try it with a psychedelic, and I could see it being more helpful there, given how dissociation is more a slowing and psychedelics are more speeding.

Fun fact, the friendly police officer who was called to raid my abode during OD2 complemented me on my creatine interest, heh.

But the kidney load I experienced while taking creatine along on a space run through the forest trail was simply terrifying.

I guess it's either creatine + mem, or ACHs + NAC..

That s me a bit tossed around basically. I am hunted by nightmares.
They returned with vengeance. they vanished after treatment inc. 5 day s Benzo s.

For Booze WD, pretty severe. And i was weak and underfed, generally in bad shape.
The reason for getting Creatine MonoHydrate along also to aid.
The Pea Proteine and a pre-work out.
With l-Citrulline, l-Arginine, Beta-Alanine, l-Taurine. And went with smaller dosages,
then my 3 disaster cases worst the inpatient. DIY/ RC benzo s was better.
Not getting physically depended and tapering just with Booze. 1 a day.

This is the last time, as they took my toys RC benzo s & Opiod sHad a sort of rotating schedule. where they followed each other up. Crazy madness start s up there.

it is not only creatin, you should try: coenzyme 10, l-acetyl-carnitin, alpha-GPC, taurine, fosfatildeserine, L-tyrosin, all of them will catalyze your trip in a different way, you should try it baby
 
I'm glad I stumbled on this thread. When I get a chance, I'll take it for a test drive a few times at 10g. One factor impacting my trips has been ensuring that I have the calories to keep my energy going without getting tired and powering down. I've tested it out recently for cognitive fuel, so it follows that it might help smooth out my trips.

The magic elves of creatine! I dunno - feels different taking LSD on creatine - really interesting avenue to explore!

One thing to note - might just be coincidence but i have almost crippled myself laughing today.

Since taking Creatine bouncing back is easy.
Just a loss of fitness can still push 30 without training
That would normal be 3/ 7 max. But better everything like.
A setback is cushioned by it.

The only supplement that had me convinced was Ashwhaganda.
But that was hit or miss so still a placebo a lot.
This one keep s muscles in tone recovery time at minimum.


Don t feel it but haven t taken a psychoactive since starting.
Praised it to my older nephew. A biker. He just gotten a bag of Maca.
Hated the taste said to him Maca might be good and cheap. \
But Creatine is cheaper tasteless and it does some. ime

But I do take creatine daily!! Last time I did a micro dose of K I was uncomfortably high, way more than I wanted to be.
Creatine has been described as a fast-acting antidepressant in some papers with similarities to ketamine, but agmatine shares the most similarities with addiction 5-HT2A activity aka psychedelia qualities. Agmatine is an otc supplement.
 
creatine will not enhance your trip, meaning that there is no tangible effect after dosing creatine, will not change your trip. This is intended to be a long-term supply. If you wish to power up your trip, any trip, regardless of the drug, listen to Jose Ribas da Silva, the shaman from Amazonia. First of all, you need energy rigth? 100 mg of coenzyme 10 + 500 of L-acetyl-carnitine (it is not L-carnitine, it is L-acetyl-carnitine). This will give you mitochondrial support for producing ATP. Second, alpha-GPC 300 mg to increase focus through acetylcholine production. Take care my demons, this will increase SIGNIFICANTLY your trip, easily risking VERY BAD TRIPS, especially with psychedelics, it works great with stimulants, specially adderall and venvanse. Before any trip, you should take this to AVOID bad trips: 4 g of TAURINE, it is mimetizing benzo effects with no significant sedation, taurine is the one guiding you in your trip. If you have a healthy kidney/liver, you can go to 10g per day (maximum 4g per time, spacing the doses). Every time you feel the bad trip coming, you can redose it. The other one is N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC), this you take always BEFORE the trip, 1200 mg, it removes completely the bad vibe from cocaine and stimulants, after finishing the drug use, you can take other 1200 mg to detox. IF you do what I am saying here, you can power your drugs with natural aminoacid without investing a lot of money right? take care, remember, taurine and NAC first, NEVER apply these rules to psychedelics as you can easily lose control
