How do you guys get rid of a cracked out feeling.. I haven't slept just because i never can after rolling i just took 1000mg Vit c. with anti-axodients to help immune system so i dont get sick. What other shit can i do?

I dont smoke weed... Dont like it brings on Anxiety/Panic attacks its no beuno for me.. Haven't rolled for a month and a half.. I only took one pill and this just proves my point that i shouldn't do ecstasy for a REALLY long time due to my shit crash's and my poopy next days.

If you don't like smoking herbs, that's truely the best remedy. So your next best choice is to obtain Xanax or any other benzo you can get your hands on, it would really improve the way you feel.

Make sure you drink fluids and even if you Don't feel like eating, you should put something in your stomach for nutrition / energy.

Never underestimate the powers of a nice hot shower, as well.

Just find something you like watching on TV and chill out and relax.

i couldn't handle showers when i was spun like that, it'd send me in a panic attack

all i could do was sit or sleep it off, smoke a half o of bud in a day and be around the one i love to make me feel better. i remember being a hermit for an entire week this one time cuz of that. seriously sat in my living room in the dark for a long time

Below are some tips for making your body feel better when you are feeling cracked out. No one likes that nasty feeling. Some of the things I wrote help right away and some of the things need to be done a few times or for a few days for them to be effective. Hopefully someone will find these useful. THESE ARE DRUG FREE REMEDIES!

Resting but not just laying around the house all day. Try going for a walk, eat well to replenish your body. Taking supplements is not enough, you need good food. Spend time with people you feel comfortable with, people who never stress you out. I know that when I'm feeling cracked out hanging out with that type of people helps me get back to normal, but if its someone who stresses me out then it can really make me feel shitty for days afterward so gotta be careful who you spend time with during those cracked out days, or at least I gotta. Closing yourself off from people, even thou its like the easiest thing to do, is for me really counterproductive for some reason. Hanging out with folks who don't stress me out really really helps me get back to myself much faster.

Then also light physical activity to get yourself sweating a little so that you get some toxins out. Eating well to replenish what you lost. Taking supplements. If you already take them everyday there is no reason to take extra, unless you want to take more Vitamin C which can never hurt cuz its water soluble.

Taking a long shower or bath and using good quality products on your skin always helps me feel less cracked out and fresh.

Sex also helps immediately. Causes the production of endorphins which makes you feel better right away.

Massage also helps. You can do it yourself, like massage your own shoulders ,neck, lower back, forehead and scalp. The best thing of course is getting someone else to do it. Ask your SO or a good friend. Tell them you'll do something in return of the favor. For some reason doing that makes me feel more relaxed and focused. It releases endorphins and probably some other things which make you feel good, really in a similar way to opiates and MDMA.

I never smoke weed - so if your looking for a drug free answer. Quite time at home alone, have a shower, stick on some comfortable baggy clothes and just plant yourself infront of the tv. Vit c / antioxidants should really be second nature to you and after that you should know that 'what goes up - must come down'

If your not into the natural come down method then have a few beers or bumps of ket or a xanax etc or even melatonin/5htp can really help you comedown/sleep.

Failing that then sex never fails!

Best advice is to understand that a cracked out feeling is normal and not to stress about it too much - it passes and your daily life continues :)

Worst thing you can do = stress about not being able to fall asleep/being cracked out!
