Hope all is okay with you Jimborg - check in with us when you can. Despite it's semi-social nature I actually think this thread serves a HR purpose cos not everyone gets a glimpse into the mind of somebody on a crack binge whilst they are actually on a crack binge. Hopefully it's dissuaded a few others from going that route cos it really is more trouble than it's worth.

Very true...VERY VERY true. In fact, this thread brings to mind my very WORST memories of crack, and I believe that it's HR at its finest.
 
Same here, Binge. I served my time tied to the pipe like many here and this thread covers much of it (the early stages at least) with the added bonus that Jimborg seems to be an intelligent, articulate user than knows full well what he's doing to himself and those around him. Those types are rare. And those types that still own a computer so can report on it are even rarer :D
 
Hey guys I'm alive. I tapped out all disposable income, deleted all contacts from my phone, disposed of all paraphernalia and although I feel like hell I think everything will be okay. Thank you all for your concern.
 
yay good job man! I knew you had it in you to stop - i am happy for you ---- Some others thought you had sold your computer for crack lol but I was pretty sure you were doing the right thing and just kicking the habbit. Once again good job and you made the right decision :D

Amazing and somewhat frightening thread. I tried this stuff for one evening a couple of years ago. I never developed a regular connect thank god. Hope Jim sorts things out and stays away from this awful stuff.

STOP SMOKING CRACK. you say you get it and thank everyone for their concern... fuck you man. you are just lying to us like you lie to your wife. get a clue, this is out of your control. man up, flush your stash and your pipe and your phone. from the looks of it, you are just about over the point of no return.
on the other hand, i appreciate you sharing your continued experience with us. any possibility of me trying crack has disappeared.
 
I really don't think laying into him and slagging him off is helpful. IMO it is no supeise he's smoking aggain, would be more suprising if he had managed to just knock it on the head and walk away just like that. Apart from the crack induced guilt and paranoia he's obviously still enjoying it and I got the distinct impression that when he said he was quitting that it was for others sake and not his own choice - still honeymooning with the rock and won't give up until he wants to for himself, not people online - or even for his wife.
So jim, how much more have you done/bought and when did you get the first bit after saying you were doing no more? I read your other post but don't know what active substances make it through the wash, I always thought everything but coke was left behind after the wash and you were left with a pretty much pure product. I think the symptoms you are having are down to the way you are feeling not anything in the rock itself. I went through and know a lot if window peelers and nervous pacers... I got a couple of hits left for tonight and then I'll be having a few beers and a few chases of brown before bed. Hope you are feeling ok and don't beat yourself up about it - it's not THAT bad mate so just chill and try to enjoy what you've paid for.
 
maybe you just have a really high tolerance now so it's not really working much anymore
 
Why is this a hate crack thread?

if your going to say stop smoking crack, stop doing cocaine all together. its the same drug.
 
Dont feel bad man, a month ago I was actualy IVing crack everyday with friends who I did heroin with. We would score crack because it was more potent than powder coke when we shot it. When you shoot crack you actually get a ringer everytime and u only have to shoot a nickel. I cant do cocaine without opiates though because the anxiety is just too much. I never liked smoking crack because of the anxiety and duration of the high. I went to jail which is the only thing that stopped me from using, followed by a 2 week hospital stay due to abscesses. You are way too intelligent to be a crackhead man. You gotta stop before you lose everything bro. If ya need to talk we are here. Good luck!
 
Yeah - this has been a very interesting thread - - I am sort of a bizarre crack user myself - - end up smoking it maybe 2 - 4 times per month the past 2 years and so far have stayed in control (barely) ... i.e. I have never dipped into savings or sold anything to buy, and have not gone one of those one full day or two day binges. But I know I am on the edge and need to be careful about not going over. Also I sometimes take 2-3 week breaks from the stuff which is good for me - I feel really good when I go without for those little stretches.
 
I hope jimborg is okay... He updates us about 2 weeks ago saying that he has laid down the pipe and quit.. But then proceeds to blow up another thread asking about possible bunk crack?

Anybody else worried?!?!
