Cost of a drug keepin you from doin it?

being on a pension and student with the PBS in australia i pay less than a redback ($xxx) per fortnight for near an 8ball of morphine, 250mg of valium and 180 x 30mg codeine so price isn't a problem for me. it's lack of self control which dictates my (over)use leaving me short, resulting in having to get by on over-priced OTC codeine for 2 or 3 days every now and then when i run out early.

i don't dabble too much in street grade drugs these days apart from blasting DMT and tripping on acid which are both reasonably priced. pure mdma (molly) is making a resurgence but at a price (i'm willing) to pay but haven't bothered yet.

cocaine in Australia is fucking outrageously expensive, plus its usually 50% glucose...god damn i miss my rocks of acceptably uncut coke!

crystal meth is also ludicrous in price especially once you got yourself a tolerance...it too is often sneakily cut. i dont really miss the pip though!

decent quality/proper hash is rare as hens teeth and way over priced unfortunately.

^for the hash, find yourself a connosieur of growing who does makes it themselves - harder than it sounds, i know. it hardly does the rounds and when it does is usually kept within a pretty tight circle, for obvious reasons. at least in my area.

i'm lucky if i get to smoke hash 3-5 times a year, though, know it's around. price is the factor from keeping me from scoring as well as my dude usually keeping it for himself and blowing you out occasionally when it happens to be around.
 
Yeh I can get oil but its not the same as hash/charas. Last time I saw proper hash was at mardi grass in nimbin like 6 or 7 yrs ago...it was quality but unbelievably rich
 
I buy weed a lot less now due to the price. It's not that weed is very expensive, since with my low tolerance I can smoke every day for real cheap, but.. when I can buy 1000-2000 doses of AM-2201, the synthetic cannabinoid which I like as much as weed (sometimes more, especially in combos) for the same price as just under 3g of weed.. I know which one I'm getting.

cocaine is expensive and usually stomped on. i would never spend my money on that shit. dexedrine > cocaine
 
Cocaine. It's probably for the best, though, as even if it was cheaper a cocaine habit could get both psychologically and physically devastating, and still end up costing quite a bit of moolah.
 
Well the cost isn't holding me back.... I was sixteen/seventeen when I was doing oxycontin and roxicodone like mad. Usually OC 80s until they became extinct and then roxi 30s. That shit wasn't cheap but I still managed to get high... shit I didn't even have a job at the time. I just schemed up ways to get money (without selling myself) for drugs. However it got to tiring and I decided to sober up... I then moved onto heroin and it's a lot cheaper but I pay rent ect... I need all the money I have and blowing money on bundles isn't something I can be doing unless I get more money like I use to. Yet in the end I am not going to waste my time and energy again just so I can support a habit. Of course I would love to get high all the time but I have way more important priorities at the moment.
