controversy over pre/post loading?

ok so i've tried to do my own research on pre-loading (im going to be taking mdma tomorrow night! yippie!) and i cant seem to find some solid answers, one person will say not to take vitamin c before, another will. same goes with 5-htp, some say its bad and will kill your roll, others say it helps.. i just want a solid answer! haha.. and also what exactly should i take the days after?.. i already workout everyday, eat healthy 24/7, atleast 8 hours sleep, etc :)
 
There is no solid answer but in my experience, supplements aren't necessary if you aren't doing it too frequently or doing too much and you live an overall healthy life. Personally, I wouldn't recommend pre or post loading, just keep a normal healthy lifestyle and you won't have an issue. 5-HTP can be handy if you tend to crash into a depression but I wouldn't take it until after you've come down.
 
if you already workout and eat healthy that's a good preload right there. i do pre and post load with a lot. but i wondering about the same thing with vitamin c before roll. it's so many different opinions out there. but i "only" roll once a month so why would i risk to take it beforehand IF it can diminish my roll. after a lot of research on different forum's i found out that supplements like alcar + ala is good to pre/post load with (these are also good supplements to take if you bodybuilding aswell). these are good for many reasons. you can look them up yourself. i also do take low doses of 5htp 2-3 days after roll (take atleast 12hours after last mdma dose) although i've never had a comedown so i can't say if they really help. but this work for me. happy rolling cdilly93 - i have to wait 6 more days. 2month break since last time and i'm excited!!!!!
 
Nothing is 'necessary' so to say. Any anti-oxidants before a roll are a good idea, even vitamin C, so if you want to take it then by all means. 5-HTP is also fine, but probably more useful if you suffer from a comedown.

In reality, our bodies are pretty well equipped with just a healthy diet. Eating a balanced diet usually provides all the vitamins and minerals required to stay healthy. Providing you're not taking too much MDMA and not that frequently, you don't require supplements.

If you're looking to 'boost' a roll, I wouldn't buy into any kind of supplements. I don't really feel that it's possible to boost it apart from the placebo effect. But I'm pretty cynical about these type of things.
