ok so i've tried to do my own research on pre-loading (im going to be taking mdma tomorrow night! yippie!) and i cant seem to find some solid answers, one person will say not to take vitamin c before, another will. same goes with 5-htp, some say its bad and will kill your roll, others say it helps.. i just want a solid answer! haha.. and also what exactly should i take the days after?.. i already workout everyday, eat healthy 24/7, atleast 8 hours sleep, etc
