Controlled Substances scheduling

Yeah i have never even seen kratom, I was just reading up on it, A stimulant from a south east asian plant. It said they eat it the tar or something. Ive heard alot of people on these boards talking about it though... At least you didnt get 60 fake xanax like I did yesterday.....

kratom is dried plant material typically extracted. it's a stim/opi.

god damn dude, how much money did you lose?

Well hopefully no money will be lost. I actually did it online because years ago I use to have a great site, and they were cheap and exactly what I wanted. So anyway I ordered them a couple weeks ago and I guess the site that sells them has different suppliers around the world. Well I guess the one that they had send mine were plecibo,(india) . Once I saw it was from India I knew they were gonna be shitty. So I call the company up they must of had other complaints that morning cause she told me that they will contact a new supplier to ship to me. So well see what happens. Mind you this site Ive heard from people almost never have problems, And are reliable. But time will tell.

i agree about the DEA not wanting drugs legal in order to make money from busts. however, i was talking about marijuana not all drugs. its pretty obvious to most that pot is probably the safest recreational drug in existence. i was trying to point out why I think it is a higher schedule than meth and coke. if it were legal it probably wouldnt even be C-II, the abuse potential is wicked high but the dependence potential is extremely low. wait i take that back. dependence doesnt have shit to do with why a drug is scheduled, sadly. its all about abuse potential.

Yes, that is right. Benzodiazepines can cause some of the most massive dependence problems out of all the drugs but yet they are Schedule IV. If dependence had anything to actually do with the scheduling of drugs it would probably move up to CIII, but yet it has less abuse potential than the narcotics, amphetamines & coke so it stays CIV.
