Thats what this thread is about, advice on what and why to put into my muesli. I have a shockingly bad appetite, it is very on and off- the only foods I can consistenly eat and do are nuts, dried fruit, bannanas, fruit juices, mixed grain crackers, protein drinks and yoghurt. I find eating a real bore, plus I don't eat meat....overall, I feel very healthy as, while I don't eat much, its all healthy and "relatively" balanced but I'd like to simploify it into a muesli.
So- any good recipes? I have no allergies, and enjoy intersting fruits/nuts/grains and am very keen to get the most I can from these things. So any advice? Also, if you can indicate why I should be ingesting said item, I'd be utterly thrilled. My idea is to find the ultimate breakfast-meal which can be consumed regualry and thus I havw to no longer bore and stress myself out trying to eat when I can't. Something that will give a good blend of fast and slowburning carbs, goodly amounts of protein and vitamins. The grain content will take care of the minerals by and large....
So yeah.
