Diet Constipation

Faecal impaction often occurs in people who've been constipated for a long time. Fibre added to the diet, exercise and laxatives may prevent impaction.
Symptoms include stomach cramps, bloating and stool leakage.
A doctor may insert one or two fingers to break up the stool in the rectum. A warm mineral enema then softens the stool, to aid in its elimination.

Ahhhhh naaaaaaaaa that's gotta be a joke. how would the doctor bring themselves too do that? and i'm not getting that done fuck that shit lol
 
That’s why I said you need movicol. 8 sachets. Have you taken 8 and waited a day because I guarantee it will work. You need to be taking the correct amount of water as well with them.
 
dried prunes, couple krams of kratom throughout day, foo;d. mostly. Oameal... or porridge. Whole-milk. Cook some egg yolks in bacon fat and consume the fat. Again... food moreso that substance foreign. feed the body, baby... stay with us, bro.
