hi, for those who have recovered, have you experienced symptoms (anhedonia, brain fog) going away for a few weeks or so, and then comes back at a less intense level? If you have experienced this, please let us know. Is this the "windows and waves" that everyone is talking about? Thanks

my injection was in october of 2024. november and december were the worst. i had to be hospitalised for a while. january was somewhat better. i noticed the anhedonia lift slightly around that time. by may i was able to smoke 90% thc carts and feel just fine. keep in mind though, i only had one injection and never took another AP again.
I was falsely diagnosed and forcefully injected only once. 7 months has passed and i still feel the same.

I also found out recently my dosage is equivalent to 234mg and 156mg, does this change things for my recovery? the doctor never warned about me stuff

i think age may be an important factor, i'm not too sure. i was 19 when i got my one injection of invega. i was 58kg (127lbs) at my worst during recovery. like i mentioned before, i never really gained any weight at all. i think it stores in your fat cells too iirc.
People told me vyvanse is dangerous because it's a stimulant. We're you worried about that?

it is dangerous if you're prone to psychosis, such as if you have schizophrenia or other illnesses that contribute to it. i was never worried about that because i've been on and off of vyvanse for nine years. i've been on doses up to 50mg, but even 20mg does wonders for me. it's night and day.

Did the vyvanse ever make you feel you enjoy things less now after using for a long time?

I got 150mg and then a week later 100mg of invega sustenna. This is what I knew . Until recently I found , 150mg invega sustenna is same as 234mg and 100mg is same as 156mg paliperidone palmitate. This also made things so much more fucked up for me.
@mona21 where did you find out that 150mg invega sustena is same as 234mg and 100mg is same as 156mg paliperidone palmitate? ......invega sustenna is just the generic name for paliperidone palmitate. I dont understand how they could be equivalent. Please explain?

i used vyvanse for a few months when i was in middle school, i think grades six through eight, and then i stopped using it. then again in sophomore year of high school. once again went back on it not too long ago, still worked great. i do not like my life without it. it was my miracle pill. like i said, night and day difference. i have very bad ADHD.

Where are people finding out that where that 150mg invega sustena is same as 234mg paliperidone palmitate and 100mg is same as 156mg paliperidone palmitate? Paliperidone is the same as invega i think.

Guys,I think vyanse is the answer. It's only dangerous if you're prone to psychosis. Maybe we should try to get it. What you guys think

Where and how did you find that out?
I may have misunderstood, I have asked chatgpt and this is what they said

Good question. It depends on exactly what you mean by “150 mg of paliperidone,” but — yes — in the context of the long-acting injectable formulation Invega Sustenna / paliperidone palmitate, a 234 mg injection corresponds to “150 mg eq.” of paliperidone (the active moiety) under the conversion that the manufacturer uses. J&J Medical Connect+2J&J Medical Connect+2

✅ What we know from prescribing information

  • In Invega Sustenna, the marketed dose levels are 39, 78, 117, 156, or 234 mg of paliperidone palmitate. J&J Medical Connect+1
  • Those translate to “mg equivalent (mg eq.)” of paliperidone (the active moiety) as: 25, 50, 75, 100, and 150 mg eq., respectively. J&J Medical Connect+1
  • Therefore, a 234 mg paliperidone-palmitate injection is equivalent to 150 mg of “paliperidone eq.” — which seems to match what you described as “150 mg of paliperidone.” PMC+1

⚠️ Important clarifications

  • The “234 mg” you mention refers to the amount of paliperidone palmitate (the ester used in the long-acting injection), not “234 mg of paliperidone” per se. The 234 mg palmitate ≈ 150 mg active paliperidone. J&J Medical Connect+2FDA Access Data+2
  • Medical guidelines use the “mg eq.” (mg equivalent) system to avoid confusion between the ester and the active moiety. J&J Medical Connect+1
  • So if by “150 mg paliperdione” you meant the active–moiety equivalent dose, then yes — that matches a 234 mg palmitate injection.

✅ Conclusion

Yes — a 234 mg injection of paliperidone palmitate (Invega Sustenna) corresponds to 150 mg “paliperidone equivalent.” So in that sense, 150 mg paliperidone (active) equals a 234 mg injection (palmitate formulation).”

They didn't tell me the dosage. It severely reduced my joy motivation and happiness and severely restricted my emotions. Feels like I feel nothing. Thinking is hard
may I ask what country is this? I am surprised they didn’t tell you the dosage
