Might need to wear 2 patches to start with if you try again, I think one patch on step 1 has the equivalent amount of nicotine of 20 cigs a day so if you smoke more than 20 a day 1 patch won’t do it. I think the patches help get the nicotine in your system so you don’t stress out but the hard part is breaking the hand to mouth habit, as dumb as it sounds I was blowing bubbles to break the hand to mouth habit which surprisingly helped even though at times it didn’t feel like it but I was just trusting the process… other people do other things to break hand to mouth like use toothpicks, lollipops, chew gum and even eat celery… after a while I felt ridiculous blowing bubbles so I stopped and sure enough it worked and I got rid of the hand to mouth habitI dont know how well they would work with me i smoke like a pack and a half or 2 packs a day lol. I may have to try them again though

Yeah I understand that fear, I’m even scared to move on to step 2 of the patches which of course is a lower dose of nicotine cause I’m sure it would be no different to cutting back on cigs or vaping which I always found challenging to say the least. My advice would be to do it scared, very rarely does anyone quit on their first attempts, usually takes many attempts so it’s always worth a try, you never know when an attempt is going to be successful. Smoking really do take years off your life so after seeing my dads dead body smoking felt like soft suicide and I hated it so much but nicotine really had its hooks in me.I guess i could wear 2 patches. Honestly the thought of quitting scares the fuck out of me. I would much rsther go through fent withdrawal again then tobacco wd
what dosage did you have?Almost 7 months and i feel no recovery
is there anything you can do to speed up your recovery?According to invega doc, most people have some recovery. People with 2 to 3 injections show signs of revovery from month 5 to 12

Hey everyone. Probably won’t post a lot anymore.
I just don’t have anything positive to say and don’t want to bring morale down since most people want hope.
is there anything you can do to speed up your recovery?
St Johns Wort unfortunately interacts with other medicines, I am going take vvyanse and hopefully a medication for akathisa, I don’t wanna risk itTake St John Worts and/or Smoke Weed.

Yeah I hear you, I used to start my day with a coffee and a smokeI remember tapering off the patches years ago like that. One thing with cigs is that they take up such a big part of your life. Like for me one of the best parts of the day is when i get my first cup of coffee and first cig. Nothing like it.
My mom quit cigs on her first try and thus thinks shes better then everyone else lol
elvanse and procylidineWhat other medicine are you taking that will interact with St John Wort’s?
