I just smoked some weed and didn't feel anything. Two months off. I'll try again at eight months.
Are you kidding this scares me cause i thought it was only me who couldn't feel it. Not saying im the only oneI just smoked some weed and didn't feel anything. Two months off. I'll try again at eight months.
Energy levels very low the first 6 months and i felt like death@Invegatorture and others who recovered ..most feel recovery around month 6. My question is, how are the energy levels and other things for5 months...what does it feel like for the first months you didnt recover?
Bet bet we can play EU servers then
BO7 is out in 2 weeks. Do you have BO6?
The 6 month mark seems to be the point where most people who recover feel better. I wonder what exactly happens at month 6. Its month 5 for me and things dont feel that much better, although i have a bit more energy and slightly better mood. Sexual function is still dead and so is stamina, hunger levels still high.Energy levels very low the first 6 months and i felt like death
Sending big hugs your way friend.I am so tired of this. I am miserable. All of my joy and natural instincts have been taken. This drug is like a parasite that sucks all of your happiness away.
I don’t want to just learn how to live with this new normal and accept what I’ve lost. I don’t want this life at all. I understand why @brokenself did what he did because if I had the chance I would do it too
I’m glad you are all able to find some meaning and reason to stay alive- I just don’t relate. I have no desire to continue living anymore. I just want the pain to end
im here gang i check this site once every two weeks cuz i still get annoying email notifications but its same shit for me .who knows I probably recovered long time ago but i think this whole shit gave me real depression cuz im sleeping 16-18 hours a day again, anhedonia has always been here last 29 months and energy and fatigue even lower than before. My psychiatrist appointment isnt for another month. Self medicating with gummies and no psychosis yet. My sister even will give me a vyvanse bottle hopefully tmrw so that should be nice. That is my update for a while.Haven’t heard from @Abilify2mg aka @tonytonychopper in a while
Absolutely not. Everything is caused by this injection. I can't even talk properly because of this injection.Sigh... How much longer must I wait?
Another point concerns misconceptions.
Just because you've received a dopamine-blocking injection (Invega Sustenna) doesn't mean you'll constantly lack motivation all day, suffer memory loss, have your imagination stifled, or experience only brief mood swings from good to bad.
These symptoms are things anyone could experience even before getting the Invega Sustenna injection.
That's the problem.
It's so confusing whether these symptoms are truly side effects, or if I've recovered to a messed-up state different from before but still perceive them as side effects.
Are there others thinking this way? What do you think?
Been there. Still cant feel it at 5 months off.I just smoked some weed and didn't feel anything. Two months off. I'll try again at eight months.
I think it’s a bit complicated, things like suicidal thoughts are listed as a side effect, but if you think of adhd, all of those symptoms you listed are symptoms of adhd and adhd is treated with meds that increase dopamine and norepinephrine. My therapist described the changes in our brain like weight loss, like how it’s easier to gain weight than to lose it, it’s faster for our brains to adapt to medication than to go back to baseline. I think it’s worth it to try depression meds + adhd meds at least short term because you are experiencing those symptoms, and people in the past said adhd meds helped them (I already have adhd so they’ve always helped me)Sigh... How much longer must I wait?

Me too I can’t talk properly either. It’s been 10 months.Absolutely not. Everything is caused by this injection. I can't even talk properly because of this injection.
Do you find socialising and making conversations with others difficult? Like does your mind go blank? All I can talk about is medication.Me too I can’t talk properly either. It’s been 10 months.
Very difficult. I have nothing to say anymore. Passion for anything is gone…that desire to talk and express myself is just gone. It’s sad. My light is just gone.Do you find socialising and making conversations with others difficult? Like does your mind go blank? All I can talk about is medication.
When you last recovered from invega, did you lose interest in talking about other stuff?Do you find socialising and making conversations with others difficult? Like does your mind go blank? All I can talk about is medication.
